John B. and Sarah, with huge smiles on their faces today, the couple planned to have a barbeque with their family; the pogues to announce that they were pregnant with twins, so the couple got showered and dressed because they needed to go to the store for some last-minute items.
They already had all the food; they were grilling burgers, hot dogs, and steaks; they would also have macaroni salad, etc. All that was left to get was burger buns, paper plates, and charcoal for the grill. It was now 9:00 am, and the pogues were coming at noon, so John B and Sarah needed to get a move on.
John B." are you ready, hon? We need to get going.
Sarah" Yes, I"m super excited. I can not wait to see their reactions when we tell them its twins
John B." me neither; they are going to lose their minds for sure.
The happy couple returned home from the store without any problems, and of course, John B would not let Sarah carry a single thing, his reason being he did not want Sarah to strain herself since finding out Sarah may be carrying twins and since having it confirmed at her last doctor visit. John B started researching everything he could about twin pregnancies and how high risk they could be at any given time, so he appointed himself Sarah's personal helper.
It was now noon, and just like clockwork, their family arrived on time to start the cookout.
Sarah" Hey guys, thanks for coming. John B is out back on the grill cooking the food now, so we should be eating soon; there are drinks out back in a cooler if you are thirsty.
JJ" So what's all this for anyway?
Sarah" John B. and I have something to tell you all once we finish eating.
Kie and Pope" Is everything ok?
Sarah" Yes, actually everything is perfect, we are very blessed we will tell you soon I promise.
Around 1:30, all the food was ready, and everyone had their plates of food; the mood was very light and fun, and everyone was having a great time; when everyone finished their food, John B and Sarah thought this was a perfect time to share their great news.
John B . " so I know you three are dying to know why we called you here for a barbeque on short notice; it's just that Sarah and I have some fantastic news, Sarah.
Sarah " I'm pregnant!!!
Pogues (scream with excitement)
Pope" Congratulations, you guys
JJ" I can't believe my brother and sister are going to be parents' wow.
Sarah" Wait, there is more, John B. You can tell them this part.
John B" its twins
Kie" Are you kidding me? I am speechless.
