Today was the day , my day , the day that I get to go to my dream college Spelman. I'm from Atlanta well StoneMountain it's like a mixed area you have your Mexicans , you have White areas , and you have your black areas. My mother is from New York but she moved here before having me and my 2 other sister's. My father is also from New York. He and my mom aren't together but they'll work together if needed. I have a sister that actually wanted to go to Spelman but ended up getting pregnant before she could actually go. On behalf of that a year after she had the first baby she had another one. Her name is Cyndny. My older sister's name is Kemony. My name is Yn Brendal James I am 18 and I attend Spelman College.
It was morning I woke up brushed my teeth and got dressed I was so excited I forgot about breakfast. I walked downstairs to see balloons and family every were including my neices eboni and kayla.
Everybody: CONGRATULATIONS YN
Yn: aaaawwwh thanks guys
Mom: you ready baby?
Yn: I believe so I'm packed and everything let's get it poppin
Dad: you hungry?
Yn: naaaah ima eat something *pauses* on campus *laughs*
Kemony: my little Yn is going to big girl school *fake crying*
Cyndny: following my dreams *fake cries also*
Eboni: moona moona
Yn: yes baby
Eboni: you gonna come back?
Yn: of course *laughs*
Dad: okay let's get going
My mom and dad and siblings got my bags and rushed them to the truck I then gave my goodbyes to my siblings and drove off.
-2 Hours Later-
As we turned into the school seeing flowers , trees , and also the Morehouse sign. Sororities greeted us turning in "COME JOIN THE PREEETTY GIRLS NEXT YEAR THE PREEETTY GIRLS OH YES OH YES SQEEEEEWWEE *the AKA sound*
AS I WAS WALKING ACROSS MY DELTA YAAARD AND WHAT DID I SEE , OKAY OKAY YOU WANT TO WALK LIKE A DELTA FROM MY D..MY S..MY T JOIN NEXT YEAR
Mom: well doesn't that put you in college spirit *laughs*
Dad: I'm so proud of you Yn
Yn: and you'll be even prouder when I graduate *smiles* let me go sign in
I walk up to this booth that says check in here
Yn: hi I'm Yn Brendal James I'm coming to check in
A darkskinned about the same height girl walked up to me
??: you're Yn?
Yn: yeah
??: I'm Kendal your roomate *laughs* you're beautiful oh my gosh
Yn: thanks so much you're gorgeous
Kendal: thanks I have our keys this one is yours *hands you key*
Yn: thanks , where are your par ents?
Kendal: they just left not to long ago I was actually waiting on you
Yn: come on my mom and dad will walk us over there
Kendal: you sure?
Yn: yeah come on bring your things we'll put it in the truck
-1 Hour Later-
Yn: I'm starving
Kendal: so there's good news and bad news..*looks at you*
Yn: hit me wit em *laughing*
Kendal: we are on Spel-Jail so we can't go off campus to go eat but tomorrow we meet our Morehouse brothers.
Yn: the cafeteria open?
Kendal: I believe so *laughs* come on you have your map?
Yn: yeah come on *gets up*
-Lunch Room-
It was so many girls , everybody greeted me and Kendal though with the "Ya'll are so pretty".
It was alot of boys there too , like...ALOT but we stuck to the plan grab something to eat and eat it
Kendal: its some cuties here *laughing and then has a straight face* uh oh
Yn: what? Someone's coming? a Girl?
Kendal: *signals to be quiet*
Then this boy about 6"1 comes to the table a little brown skinned he was cute... I guess

Kendal: hello *puts head to the side*
??: *laughs* I was wondering if you guys would mind me and my friends joining you and your friend *looks me up and down*
Kendal: you mind *looking at me*
Yn: nope *puts piece of sandwich down*
He signaled them over and he sat by Kendal
??: my name is Bryson btw
Kendal: Kendal nice to meet you *sticks hand out*
Bryson: *shakes it* This is Mike *points to a caramel looking boy*
he was alright but the one next to him was oso fine
Mike: Wassup
Bryson: this is Damon *points to the one I was talking about*
He was brownskinned and looked about 6"1 also he was fine asf but I went to throw my food away and came back but I could tell someone was starring at me
Kendal: Damn could she have her body and her face back *laughs*
Damon: what's your name *talking to me*
Yn: My names Yn *smiles*
Damon: that's wassup I'll see you around *they all walk away*
Everyone rushed us out telling us how we have a "big day tomorrow" but it went out the other ear we went back to our dorm and the girls from our hall came in our room to meet there was Kelsiey , Brianna , Bria , Ruth , and Brendal we all seem to get along but I am extremely exhausted so I decided to go to sleep.
