"Bye Jessie" Alyssa said as she walked out of her office. Her work was tedious today, and she was ready to be home and relax. On the way home a mysterious figure shot at her windshield. "What the hell?" She scowled, she thought to herself, "Could this day get any worse?" She pulled over to examine if there were any true bullet holes and sighed "Man, I was lucky this time" she looked around, seeing if she could spot where the shooter had gone and noticed a wretched smell coming from the alleyway.
As she made her way to the smell she gasped and ran towards it. In the alley was a body. The body of her best friend, "Khloe? Khloe speak to me, c'mon Khloe please-" she pulled out her phone and dialed 911 and before long she heard the blaring song of sirens from police and ambulances. "I'll figure this out Khloe, I promise" she kissed her best friend's forehead before the police whisked her away to ask questions.
