chapter 3

author note: i'm sosososo sorry for not writing i had a lack of motivation and also got covid then more lack of motivation i'm good now👍 

also this chapter i'm gonna try to make it longer

**3rd person pov**

After what felt like such little sleep, which in reality was 11 hours of sleep, the sleeping brunette's eyes slowly flickered open and adjusted to the light which felt incredibly bright after spending the whole day yesterday in her pitch black room. Ena remembered about the niigo meeting that was today and decided to go to the hangout that the group had planned. she picked up her phone from the side table and checked out the time. "10:02 am".

**ena pov**

"SHIT I ONLY HAVE ONE HOUR TO GO FUCK" i thought to myself. i immediately sprung up off my bed purely out of panic ran to my closet. i scrambled through the clothes i owned, i swear it was an endless mess of different materials, because when i found the perfect outfit 10 minutes had passed. i quickly threw on the outfit and did up a small braid in part of my hair. after a small bit of convincing, i somehow got Akito to drive up to main street. i was about 5 minutes early, so i didn't expect everyone to be there when i showed up. i sat down on one of the benches outside the store we all agreed to meet at and read the comments on the newest song. For the most part, the comments were positive, but one caught my eye.

"the artwork is kinda trashy and the colours do not match with the music at all"

Oh god, is this what people think of my art? is this how it always is or did the all nighter i pulled effected the art i drew? At this point i dont care. shit talk my work or dont. 

**3rd person pov**

After a short wait, a familiar group of people approach the girl on the bench and Ena looks up at them. One with long, silky white hair, and eyes that haven't adjusted to the light yet, another with their hair tied up into their iconic side ponytail, and the other with her dark purple hair and a somewhat negative expression, but that was normal for her. "oh, hello guys!" she waved at them. The three people infront of her greet her back, and Ena stands up from the metal bench. they all headed into the store that they were in and kept on looking at clothes and whatever else the store sold. "Enaaaaaa come help me decide which top will look better with this skirt" a voice said from the other side of the aisle. "uhhhhhhhh i think that one" the brunette said with a finger pointing to one of the tops Mizuki held in their hands.. Eventually the 4 people leave store and walked down the road for a while.

After a while of walking, Ena spots a nice little cat cafe and attempts to beg the group to eat there. They walk into the cafe with excitement and they sit down waiting for someone to take their orders. One of the workers come up and ask what they would like. "I'll take a cheesecake with whipped cream" Ena replied. "i'll take the same as her" the pink haired girl said, not really caring about what Ena just ordered. Kanade and Mafuyu submit their orders and the cafe worker walks off to grab their orders. 

In the mean time, a group of cats, one ginger, two grey, one black and white and one dark brown approach the group and start climbing on them. Mafuyu, for the most part looked uncomfortable with the thought of a cat climbing all over her, but she looked a bit happy, Kanade is just patting the cat in her arms, Ena is absolutely cherishing the two cats on her, giving them all her love and Mizuki is looking over at Ena with jealousy, but still giving love to the cat on their lap. The worker from earlier comes back with their orders, they all put the cats down on the floor and begin eating. After finishing their meals, they payed for it all then walked out, looking for stores that caught their eyes. "oh sorry guys, i gotta go visit my dad in the hospital" Kanade told the group, said goodbye and walked off. "i also gotta leave, i told my mom i'd be home by 3:45" Mafuyu told the two people left. 

It was just Mizuki and Ena left with each other. They walked around in an awkward silence, neither of them were speaking, until one of them struck up conversation. "So uhhhh where do you wanna go?" Mizuki asked Ena. Ena was kind of just in her own thoughts, so she was caught off guard by the sudden question. "I don't mind" she said, not really paying attention to what they said. More silence filled the air, and after a while Ena felt someone grip on her wrist and drag her into an empty restroom. "Ena are you ok?" Mizuki asked with a concerned and worried look on her face.
