A/an (h/c) haired girl called out as she laid the dishes on the table. An albino came into the dining hall with a smile on his face as he sat down on the chair and looked at the dishes as he said,
"Mmm. The food smells really good darling. You've got magic in your hands."
"Thank you, honey. Now, let's dig in."
The (h/c) haired female said as her husband nodded in response and had barely picked up the spoon to start until his phone rang.
He took it out and checked the caller ID, as a frown formed on his lips. He looked at his wife and said in an apologetic tone,
"Sorry (n/n), this is an urgent call. I have to answer it. You can go ahead and start eating first, alright?"
The female sighed softly and nodded in response as he stood up and went out of the kitchen and into his study room to answer the call. As he picked up, the soft husband tone suddenly changed into a stern and dark tone,
"What is it, sir?"
"Your tone sounds very displeased. It seems like I've interrupted something important."
The voice on the other side was hoarse and smug. Shu's eyes glowed red in the dark moonlit room as he spoke further,
"Cut the crap. Just tell me why you called."
"I've got a job for you, Red Eye. The Mancini corporate group has become my rival in business. They've also caused many losses for my business group. Therefore, I'm giving you 24 hours to finish off the head of the group, Wei Mancini. Understood?"
"Understood sir. Consider the job done."
With that, the mysterious man hung up the call as Shu put his phone back into his pocket and went back to the dining room.
(Y/N) Kurenai, his wife was sitting on the chair, waiting for him. The albino smiled softly as he snuck up to her and wrapped his arms around her torso, engulfing her in a backhug.
The girl smiled as she placed her hands on top of his and he put his head on top of hers as he told her,
"I'm so sorry (n/n) but I have to go for some urgent business just now. You'll have to keep all the doors and windows shut until I come back, alright?"
"What?! Again? What 'business' is this that requires you to go for it so late in the night?"
(Y/N) pouted and crossed her arms as she looked up at her husband who sweatdropped a little before replying,
"You know, the clock barely matters for business work unless you're time-bound or have a deadline or something."
"So you're not gonna tell me what you're going to do outside this late at night?"
