Bindi's father just got assigned to the United States Air Force and is stationed in Germany. Bindi is having a hard time adjusting to her family's new life as a traveling army family and wants nothing more than to just stay in one place so she can make some friends her age. First arriving in Germany is bumpy. No one at her school really wants to talk to the new girl, aside from a sweet girl Bindi's age named Priscilla. The two girls become fast friends. Then... something incredible happens. Word gets out that the superstar Elvis Presley will be in the area for his army service and will be in the very town the girls are in. A man Priscilla's family knows is acquainted with Mr. Presley and asks the girls if they would like to meet him. How can they say no?! Both girls go to visit Mr. Presley at his house during a party, and... his interest lands on one of them.
