What Do We Do Now?

{ Kris' POV }

Everything felt like a blur...

Just.. from finally finding Noelle to her cutting off Berdly's wing.

What... what do we even do now?

Susie went to check on Berdly, before sitting beside me.

I couldn't stop eyeing Noelle's unconscious body, nervous about what would happen if she woke up.

  "Heh, glad to see I'm not the only that doesn't know what to do... You okay?" she held my hand, resting her head on mine. "I should be asking you that. You looked so unsteady after what happened. But we're gonna fix this... somehow," I tried to reassure her. She smiled at me, but I knew she wasn't fully convinced. "What if... what if Berdly's hand isn't there when we get back. What do we tell the police? Noelle cut it off in a closet world where she has ice powers and we didn't have anything to do with it? They aren't gonna buy that at all!" she growled. "Starshine, I'm sure that won't happen. If anything his arm will just be brutally broken, and not sliced clean off," I said, holding her waist. She sighed, wrapping her arms around me. "Yeah.. you're probably right. If only they didn't have to go messing around in OUR Dark World. I mean Kris, this is our secret thing. Me, you and Jupes, this is our thing. Noelle and Berdly fucked around in it and now... well, you saw what happened," she said. Jupes walked to us, Berdly following behind her. 

  "Well, Berdly's willing to show us the way out," she said.

   "Yes, we just need to get to Queen's mansion. This way," he led us through the city, as Susie carried Noelle's body over her shoulder, Jupiter ready with her hammer if she were to wake up.

Everything ran pretty smoothly, the city bustling like it should.

The sounds were a bit hard to get used to, since we were walking through empty, cold silence for way too long.

  "I just can't wait for all of this to be done and over... I need a good cuddle," Susie held my hand. "I'd like that," I blushed. "Are you two... dating?!" Berdly asked. I realized that Berdly was still there, and started to panic. "UHH.. NO! ME AND SUSIE?? SHE TRIED TO- UH- KILL ME AND STUFF, YEAH!!" I said. 

  "Nailed it."

  "You so didn't," Susie laughed.

   "Can you just play along for me, princess~?" I teased her, her face getting pinker before groaning.

   "YEAH.. UH... ME AND KRIS?? EW,, NO. I'D RATHER DATE NOELLE THAN THEM... eugh, no, who am I kidding I'd fucking kill myself if I had to date that," Susie gave up on the act. 

   "This is.. unexpected. I would never thought the class weirdo and the class bully would ever be in a relationship.. this isn't a bad thing," Berdly said. "Yeah yeah... just keep your mouth shut and don't tell anyone or else," Susie rolled her eyes and smirked at me, feeling my face heat up.

I'd truly do anything to keep her in my life forever.

I'd do anything for her.

We eventually passed some stands and when through a couple puzzles when we made it in front of Queen's mansion.

  "God that's massive.." Jupiter muttered. Susie started to crack up which made me tear up, holding back my laughter. "GOD YOU GUYS ARE NASTY!!"

   "YOU WERE THINKING IT TOO!!"  

   "WAS NOT."

    "THEN HOW DID YOU KNOW WHAT WE MEANT SO QUICKLY?"
