Jocelyn Darling is an American actor most known for her role in movie-musical Hairspray as Penny. Jocelyn is starring in Fear Street 1989 as Cindy Berman and Fear Street 1666 as Abigail. Jocelyn made her Broadway debut as Little Red in Into The Woods in 2010. Jocelyn is currently working as a photographer for the broadway show Newsies.
