Hyunjin had fallen asleep one day, his dream.. It was.. New. It was a lavender field, nothing but flowers until he turns around and sees the figure of a male.
These dreams continued, Hyunjin had started to rely on these dreams every day after schoo...
The bell rang as everyone stood up from their chairs, grabbing their bags from beside the chair they once sat in. Hyunjin, tho he hated school. He didn't want to leave yet, he hadn't been able to get proper rest for the last few weeks, so what was the point in him trying to sleep.
He slowly got out of his chair with his bag, noticing his friend running into the room. "Hyunjinnie, c'mon! Let's go home" Han whined, grabbing onto the olders arm. "Ok ok, Han. But I thought you were gonna walk with Lee Know?" Hyunjin said, walking behind Han as he tried to pull him. Failing horribly.
"He has to study for finals, he forgot that he had them-.." Han sighed, walking out of the school next to Hyunjin no longer pulling him.
They continued walking, soon enough their friend Seungmin joined them. As they all lived on the same road. "Are you alright, Hyunjin? You look pretty drained.." Seungmin asked, looking up at Hyunjin who just smiled slightly at him.
Hyunjin nodded. "Yes, I am alright. My bed just hasn't felt very comfortable." Hyunjin sighed, his smile slowly faded to a frown. Han and Seungmin gave each other the same look.
They knew why Hyunjin wasn't sleeping, he had gone through this several times. Every time, he is always thinking of him.
They stood in front of Hyunjin's house, waving him goodbye. He waved back, standing in front of his house gate as he watched Han and Seungmin walk away.
He knew they knew why he was having a hard time, he just didn't want to talk to them about it. Hyunjin could feel tears puddling in his eyes, breathing heavily as he entered the code to the gate, running towards his door and walking inside. His parents weren't home, they were on a business trip.
He ran up his stairs to his room, opening and closing the door. Locking it as if anyone was there to walk in on him crying.
He took off his shoes, forgetting to take them off at the door. He sat onto his bed, holding his pillow as he looked at his hand. His bracelet made him cry more, it always brought his memory back to him. It hurt.
He laid on his side, still hugging his pillow. His tears continued to fall, as his eye-lids felt heavy, his breaths still hitching as he slowly fell asleep.

His eyes opened, he felt a cool breeze. His eyes were filled with the color purple. Lavenders.. His favorite kind of flower.
He knelt down, picking a flower from the end of the stem, keeping some of the stem left behind for it to regrow. He raised it to his face to smell it, it had the same smell he could remember from his family's garden before he had moved.
He closed his eyes as he savored the smell, and lowered it as he had lost his breath.
He looked around, seeing the purple and blue haze in the sky and the purple flowers surrounding him.
He turned around completely, seeing a small slim figure in the distance. He was no further than 15-20 ft away.
"Hello?" Hyunjin said, tilting his head slightly as he tried to move forward. He was held still, he was only able to reach forward and everything else. But moving forward, he was not able to do.
The voice called back, it sounded very familiar. "Hello, Hyunjin." The voice said, he could just hear the smile the figure had, but also a slight annoyance.
The voice soothed Hyunjin, he smiled. "Hi.. What are you doing here? No. What are we doing here?" Hyunjin asked, holding the flower that once had such a strong scent in both of his hands.
"This is your safe space, once you start to feel better then-" The boy spoke, he cut himself off as if he was going to say something he shouldn't have. "Just.. Make sure you enjoy your time here." He added, Hyunjin could now just see the slightest bit of the boys smile.
The boy turned to him, his face was just a black plain space. No features at all. Instead of being scared or concerned, Hyunjin still felt comfort as he watched the figure walk towards him.
The figures lips now went to a white shade, as he watched the lips grow into a smile, raising his hand to Hyunjin's face.
"Ask me anything, talk to me, feel comfortable. But know that I may not be permitted to answer every single question. Do you have any?" The boy asked, tilting his head.
Hyunjin blushed at the hand on his face, shaking his head. The boy nodded, rubbing his thumb slowly against Hyunjin's cheek.
"Close your eyes, focus on the smell and wind around you." Hyunjin listened, closing his eyes and focusing on his surroundings.
"Sleep well. Jinnie."
