"There's my pretty girl," Seola smiled as you entered the bedroom. "How was your day?"

The smile that was on her face faded away as soon as she noticed that you were dragging your feet as you walked.

You looked stressed out and your eyes looked heavy, much like your shoulders.

"Baby?"

"My day was terrible. Thanks for asking though." You said as you made your way over to the closet.

Grabbing a pair of pajama pants and one of Seola's shirts, you quickly changed out of the clothes you'd worn to work today and into something much more comfortable.

As soon as you were changed, Seola's arms wrapped around you as she hugged you from behind.

"I'm sorry you had such an awful day, baby." She said as she placed her chin on your shoulder.

You turned around and kissed her cheek before you put your head on her shoulder.

"It's okay. I'm home with you now. That's what matters."

She smiled and rubbed your back before an idea came to her mind.

"I know how to cheer you up."

"How's that?" You mumbled against her shirt.

"We can cuddle."

You lifted your head from her shoulder and smiled at her before taking her hand into yours.

"That's exactly what I need."

She led you to the bed and climbed in with you before pulling the covers up to your shoulders.

She tangled her legs with yours and pulled you into her arms and you laid your head on her chest.

"Want to tell me about your day? What made it so terrible, hm?"

"Everything." You sighed. "I don't really want to talk about it. I'd rather just forget about it. I want to put it behind me and spend time with you."

"Okay." She said before reaching for the remote. "How about a movie?"

You nodded and watched her turn on Netflix before clicking on a movie that you both love.

"Are you hungry? I can order some takeout."

"That sounds good. In a few minutes, maybe?"

"Okay. How about a bath?"

"Seola," You chuckled as you put your hands on her shoulders. "I'm okay just like this. Right here, right now with you. This is all I need."

"You're sure? I just want to help, baby."

"You are." You said as you put your lips on hers again. "I love you."

"I love you too."

You shared a few pecks before you put your head back on her chest and closed your eyes.

She laid her head on yours and grabbed one of your hands, holding onto it as you laid there together.
