"Mother!? Mother!" Holly shouted as she raced towards Tammy who was sleeping beside a prickly bush. "Mother I missed you so-" She gasped in absolute horror as she stopped in her as tracks and realized she wasn't sleeping. Instead, a red sticky substance that smelt of death was soaked into her tortoiseshell pelt and there was a pool of it around her. No. NO. NO! This can't be happening! Holly started licking the foul, metallic tasting blood off and kept on nudging her, still hoping she was awake.
"You're next." A scary voice hissed.
"What? Who's out there? I'm not afraid of you!" Holly's voice wavered a bit as she yelled with fake bravery. Darkness surged around her as dark and evil cats taunted her and surrounded her.
"You know what we're talking about." A different voice hissed.
"Did you kill my mother?!"
"What do you think?" The same dark voice replied as a cat with a pelt as black as night with piercing blood red eyes appeared from the shadow. Despite the colour of his pelt, Holly could see blood stains on him with blood red eyes, which were quite intimidating, to complete the threatening look. He stepped forward and was intentionally just pawing at Tammy, but he supposedly 'accidentally' made her bleed even more. Holly gasped. I've seen this cat somewhere before!
"MONSTER! You'll pay for this!" Rage controlled her as she unsheathed her razor sharp claws and swiped at him, expecting to feel flesh and blood pouring out, but her claws went right through him, not hurting him a single bit. What?! Holly's eyes widened in suprised. The group of huge cats mocked her and laughed a deep, menacing laugh. They came out from the darkness and advanced on her. The wild cats all chanted in whispers, getting louder and louder.
" Holly, Holly, Holly..."
