I didn't believe in love at first sight or in this case love at first text. Actually I didn't really believe in love either. Until about 6 weeks ago. The story goes a little like this...
"Kendra you need a boyfriend!" My best friend Sasha said while we were walking to class. She was so pretty! She had blonde hair that was always so smooth and silky. Her style was fashionable. She almost always was wearing a pencil skirt or a flowy shirt. In fact, she combined both today. Oh and one big thing about her was she was always on my case. She would always ask me to go out with her and she always brought her boyfriend, Sean, and brought a random guy to double up with. I found none of them attractive.
"Yeah and hows that working out for me?" I challenged her. Im not the dating type. Everyone says I'm so pretty but, I haven't had many boyfriends. It's not that I didn't I really did actually because all Sasha talked about was Sean it made me want to feel that way about someone. Although, it never happened.
"Not so good," she was also honest,"but it will. Oh and hopeful. Then the bell rang. Sasha gave me a quick hug and I walked quickly off since my class was halfway across campus.
I met up with my close guy friend Dylan because we had first period together.
"Hey stripper!" He yelled. He always called me that because he says my name sounds like a stripper name!
"Shut up!" I yelled back. I softly gave him a smack on the back! Dylan was a little nerd who always wore plaid or stripes but, somehow today he was wearing a plain t-shirt.
"Ouch you hurt me. WAHH!" He cried. He's also a bit of a drama queen or should I say king.
"You are such a baby sometimes!" I said meanly as we walked into class.
I fell asleep through half of first period. I kind of zoned out every period except for fifth. That's when I went to lunch! Sasha had the same fifth period as me so I waited for her.
"Kendra so you know what Friday is right?" She asked. Of course I knew what day it was it was DJ night at this teen club. We went a lot. There was dancing, food, and you could meet knew people. I loved it because I always made knew friends. I'm a people person not to be conceited.
"Uhmm of course! Im so stoked!" I said excitedly. I loved to shuffle and I always did there! I was like famous at DJ night.
"You better be!" She told me. Then my friend Krystal came over to our lunch table.
"Hey girls talking about DJ night!? Well I'm so excited this guy named Eric is going to be there and we are going to hook up!" She sqeaked.
"That's juicy!"Sasha agreed. We got up from our lunch table and threw away are remaining food. Right when we were about to walk out on to the blacktop the bell rang.
"Aww damn we always eat too slow!" Krystal groaned. We gave krystal a hug and walked to our class.
*after school*
I walked all by myself home. Usually I walk with a group but, I decided to go alone. While I was looking at the clouds just thinking about the world my phone went off. I got a text from a random number.
555-0125: Hi is this Kendra?
Me: uhh yeahh who is this?
(A/N): thats the endd i hope you liked it.(its kinda based on my life) its not going anywhere right now because its the beginning but i tried to leave you hanging as much as i can im not gonna make a cover till the 3rd chapter maybee.. please tell me what you thinkk. i mean i wont do this on other chapters but can i get some comments so i have a reason to do the next chapterr???
