TODAYS OBITUARIES.

Adam MacGillecuddy, October 3rd 1853- December 25th 1899.
Adam survived by his wife Florence MacGillecuddy and their children Alice and Samuel.  Adam and his wife enjoyed a lovely 27 years of marriage together and had two beautiful children. Adam started life in a humble cabin in Alabama before striking oil on his family farm when he was 26. For years now he has been known to donate to charities and our local churches. It's terrible that he was taken from this world the way he was but he is now in the hands of the Lord, may he rest in peace.

Florence MacGillecuddy, April 1st 1855- December 25th 1899.
Florence survived by her husband Adam MacGillecuddy and their children Alice and Samuel. Florence and her husband enjoyed a lovely 27 years of marriage together and had two children. Florence started off from very humble beginnings. Her maiden name was Florence Jackson and she married her husband at 16. After her and her husband's sudden wealth they decided to help as many people as they could through donations and charity banquets. It's terrible that she was taken from this world the way she was but she is now in the hands of the Lord, may she rest in peace.

Alice MacGillecuddy, December 2nd 1881-December 25th 1899.
Alice MacGillecuddy was lost at such a young age. She was the daughter of Florence and Adam MacGillecuddy and the older sister of Samuel MacGillecuddy. In her short life she became such a beautiful girl and was soon to be married to 19 year old Thomas Whitworth. It's a shame what happened to her but she is now in the hands of our Lord, may she rest in peace.

Samuel MacGillecuddy, January 3rd 1883- December 25th 1899.
Samuel was the son of Florence and Adam MacGillecuddy, and the little brother of Alice MacGillecuddy. Samuel was the youngest in his family. Samuel was well known to us for his playful, childish spirit. It's a shame what happened to him in the end. He is now in the hands of our Lord. May he rest in peace.
