Your Daughter gets Sick

(A/N:Before I Get Started Jey and Y/N's Daughter is 12 Months Old and For Her Illness She Was Teething. It's Pretty Common For Babies So Yeah!)

Y/N's POV
Me and Jey Were Sleeping In Our Shared Room, When We Heard Alaia(Jey and Y/N's Daughter Name) Crying In Her Nursery. Me and Jey Immediately Woke Up. Me and Jey Ran To Alaia's Nursery.

He Opened Her Door and We Walked To Alaia's Crib, To Find Her Crying. Jey Picked Her Up and Rocked Her. Alaia Stopped Crying, Then She Started Coughing. Jey Patted Her Back.

"Oh No. She's Coughing." Jey Said. "Is She Getting Sick?" I Said. "She Was Fine Yesterday." Jey Said. He Felt Her Forehead. "She's Burning Up." Jey Said.

Alaia Started Crying Again. "I'll Hold Her, While You Get the Thermometer." I Said. Jey Nodded. Jey Handed Me Alaia and He Ran To the Bathroom.

I Rocked Her Side To Side. Jey Came Back. He Placed the Thermometer In Alaia's Ear. She Was Coughing While Crying. The Thermometer Beeped.

"101.3." Jey Said. "Oh No. My Baby Has Fever!" I Said. Alaia Stopped Crying. Jey Took Alaia From Me. He Walked Over to Her Rocking Chair. He Sat Down. "If She Doesn't Get Better, I Guess The Best Bet Is To Take Her To the Doctor." Jey Said.

I Nodded. "I'll Go Make Her a Bottle." I Said and Walked Downstairs to The Kitchen. I Made Alaia's Bottle, And I Walked Back Upstairs to Alaia's Nursery.

I Walked Over To Jey and Handed Him Alaia's Bottle. He Fed Her. Alaia Then Dranked Her Milk. Alaia Finshed and She Fell Asleep. Jey Handed Me Alaia's Bottle and He Got Up And Gently Placed Alaia In Her Crib.

He Covered Her Up. Me and Jey Left Alaia's Nursery. 5 Days Later- Alaia Has Not Been Getting Better, And Me and Jey Have Been Getting Worried, So Jey Said To Take Her to the Doctor.

I Scheduled Alaia A Doctor's Appointment, And It's In 15 Minutes. So Me and Jey Got Dressed. I Got Alaia Dressed and Placed Her In The Car Seat.

I Placed a Blanket On Alaia and Jey Picked the Car Seat Up. We Walked To The Car and Jey Placed the Car Seat Down. He Closed Her Door and He Then Drove Off To the Doctor's Office.

We Arrived and I Got Alaia Down. We Walked Inside. I Gave Alaia to Jey While I Went to Sign Alaia In. I Went to Jey and Sat Beside Him. Alaia Was Cuddled Up Against Jey's Chest.

"Alaia Fatu!" The Nurse Called Out. Me and Jey Stood Up. We Walked to a Room. We Sat Down. I Placed Alaia On my Lap. "So What Seems To Be the Problem?" The Nurse Said.

"Well.." I Said and Explained. "Ok, The Doctor Will Be In With You Shortly!" The Nurse Said. We Thanked Her and She Left. We Heard a Door Knock.

The Doctor Came In. "Hi Y/N and Jey!" She Said. We Said Hi To Her. "What Seems To Be Going On With Little Alaia?" The Doctor Said. "She's Been Having a Cold For 5 Days Now." I Said.

"Any Nausea Or Vomiting?" She Said. "No." I Said. "Any Other Symptoms?" She Said. "She Has a Cough and She's Had a Fever For 3 Days Already." I Said. The Doctor Nodded.

"Ok, I'll Check Her Out!" She Said. I Walked To the Bed and The Doctor Followed. I Placed Alaia Down. The Doctor got a Thing To Check Her Ears.

She Checked Her Left Ear. Alaia Started Crying. "Oh No. I'm Just Looking Alaia!" She Said. Jey Came Beside Me. We Switched Spots, So Now The Doctor Looked In Alaia's Right Ear.

Alaia Was Still Crying. "It's Ok Alaia." Jey Said. She Then Got a Wooden Stick and Placed It On Alaia's Tongue. She Stopped. "Ok, I Know What Seems To Be the Problem. Alaia Here, Is Teething!" The Doctor Said.

"Oh. That's Why You've Been Sick!" Me and Jey Said. Alaia Wouldn't Stop Crying. I Picked Alaia Up. She Stopped Crying. Jey Went Behide Me and Kissed Her Head.

"Ok, I'm Going to Ask You To Keep Alaia Hydrated, And There Is a Pill That Will Help With the Teething, So I'll Perscribe Her With That Medication, She Needs To Take It Twice a Day." She Said.

"Ok." I Said. "Any Questions?" She Said. "No That's It For Now." I Said. She Nodded. "I'll Just Print Out the Meditation and You Guys Are Free To Go!" She Said. I Nodded. "I'll Be Right Back!" She Said.

She Left. I Handed Alaia to Jey. He Held Her. The Doctor Came Back. She Handed Me the Paper. "You Guys Are Free To Go!" She Said.

Me and Jey Left the Doctor's Office, and He Went And Got the Meditation. We Went Back Home and Jey Gave Alaia the Pill. It Was a Pill That Disolves In Your Mouth.

I Then Took Alaia To Her Nursery and Rocked Her To Sleep. She Fell Asleep, So I Placed Her in her Crib. I Covered Her Up and Left.

Me and Jey Then Took a Nap In Our Bed After a LONG Day.
