Ash x Serena

Chapter 1

Author's Note: I am only 14 so this may not be very good but I hope you still enjoy it. I apologize if this is very cringy and bad and I promise that my next book will be better (if I ever write another one)

Ash had finally gotten all eight of his gym badges and was now training for the Kalos League. He couldn't afford another loss in a Pokémon League. This one had to be the one. The one where he would finally win and become one step closer to his goal as a Pokémon Master.
"Greninja use hydro pump," said Ash
Sweat poured down his face and he felt like tiny little insects were creeping on his neck.
Ash kept on training and didn't take a break and eventually, he began to feel dizzy and pale but he needed to keep on going. He couldn't afford to stop. If he wasted any time he would never become Champion of the Kalos League.
" Ash, lunch is ready" yelled Serena
" Just a sec" replied Ash
"Pikachu now's your chance. Use.....Use..... Use IRon tailll" murmured Ash
What was wrong with him? He couldn't even finish his sentence now. Ash tried to walk towards lunch but the world kept on getting darker and soon the world started to move and he began to lose consciousness but he kept on walking towards the beautiful girl in front of him.
He wondered who it was. He never saw somebody more beautiful in his life. Her hair was like chocolate and gold spun together to make a rich caramel texture and her blue eyes shone like the brightest stars in the galaxy. There was so much warmth and kindness in these eyes that he felt that he could melt into them and he wouldn't care.
"Serenaaaa" Ash murmured and then he fell and didn't get up

Serena blushed as he said her name but blushed even more at how he was grabbing her arms.
"Ash?" she asked worriedly
But he didn't reply.
With the help of Clemont and Bonnie, Serena was able to get Ash into bed.
"Rest now Ash" she whispered
"But training" he muttered
"You can do training later. I promise" she said
Serena gently put a wet towel on his forehead to cool down the fever. He was burning.
"What do we do now?" asked Bonnie. Her lips her trembling and tears were beginning to form in her eyes. They made her big, big doll eyes look like pretty stained glass.
"Don't worry Bonnie. Leave it to the adults. We'll take care of everything and make sure Ash is in tip-top shape. Right Serena?" said Clemont with a smile
Serena stared at Ash in the tent. She had never seen him sick before. Whenever one of them got sick he was always ready to help and support them using the knowledge he gained from a friend called Brock. But now he was the one sick. She knew it would be fine but it wasn't easy seeing somebody like Ash who was always so positive and bright brought down by something like this. This would devastate him especially since he was losing precious training time. But like Ash always liked to say "Never give up till the very end"
and so she knew that after he overcame
this he wouldn't give up and train even harder than before. That's what she liked most about Ash above all else, he never gives up. No matter what. And she knows that he won't go up now. Not till the very end because that's the Ash she knows and loves. Love.... she wondered if he would ever feel the same about her. She shakes her head, she couldn't be worrying about that right now. Not when Ash was sick. "Serena?" asked Clemont                         "Hmmm??? Oh yeah, Ash will be perfectly fine Bonnie. We'll make sure of It because that's what friends do." said Serena and she truly believed what she said
