After thinking throughly she thinks on running away. She runs away from the hospital. She keeps on running until she ran into the woods. The memories of her recent revelation and the overwhelming emotions that followed came rushing back. She was crying while running her eyes are blurry so she can't she clearly. Blair did not notice the tree next to jer and she crash into it. Everything went dark.

Blair woke up with a start, her heart pounding in her chest. As her eyes adjusted to the dim light filtering through the trees, she realized she was lying on a makeshift bed surrounded by the comforting sounds of nature. Memories of the accident and her time in the woods flooded back, reminding her of the circumstances that had led her here.

She attempted to sit up but winced at the pain shooting through her body. Blair looked down and saw the bandages wrapped around her, a visual reminder of the fall that had knocked her unconscious. Just then, she noticed a figure sitting nearby. It was Ken Gregory, the young man who had found her and tended to her wounds.

Ken explained that he had found her unconscious in the woods after hearing a loud crash. He had rushed to her side and brought her to his makeshift shelter to tend to her injuries. Blair felt a mix of gratitude and curiosity. How had she ended up in the woods? And who was this mysterious man?

"You're awake!" Ken exclaimed with relief. "I was worried about you. How are you feeling?"

Blair managed a weak smile and replied, "I'm still a bit sore, but I think I'll be alright. Thank you for taking care of me, Ken. I appreciate it."

Ken's eyes sparkled with kindness as he responded, "It was the least I could do. You had a pretty bad fall. I'm glad you're on the mend."

As Blair continued to recover over the next few days, she and Ken spent more time together, sharing stories and getting to know each other better. They explored the woods, marveling at the beauty of nature, and found solace in each other's company.

One morning, as Blair woke up feeling slightly better, the aroma of freshly cooked breakfast wafted through the air. She followed her nose to a small campfire, where Ken was flipping pancakes on a makeshift griddle.

"Breakfast is served," Ken said cheerfully, placing a plate of steaming pancakes in front of Blair. "Dig in!"

Blair's stomach growled in response to the delicious scent. She couldn't remember the last time she had eaten a proper meal. Grateful for Ken's gesture, she eagerly picked up her fork and started eating.

Between mouthfuls, Blair couldn't help but wonder about Ken's life in the woods. She had shared her story, her dark past, but she knew very little about the enigmatic young man who had come to her rescue.

"Ken, can I ask you something?" Blair ventured, her voice filled with curiosity. "Why do you live in the woods? What brought you here?"

Ken paused for a moment, his eyes clouded with a mix of nostalgia and sorrow. "I've been in these woods for as long as I can remember," he began. "I don't have many memories of my early childhood, but what I do remember is being here, among the trees and the animals."

Blair listened intently, captivated by Ken's words. She could sense the weight of his untold story, the depth of emotions hidden behind his calm exterior.

"I was very young when my parents brought me to this place," Ken continued. "They were seekers of simplicity and solitude, finding solace in the quiet embrace of nature. We built our home here, amidst the trees and the wildlife."

Blair's eyes widened with surprise. "Your parents? Are they still here with you?"

Ken's expression turned wistful as he shook his head. "No, they aren't. They left this world when I was still a teenager. It was just me and the forest. I've spent years honing my survival skills, living off the land and finding my own path."

Blair felt a pang of sadness for Ken's loss, the weight of his solitary existence becoming more apparent. She realized that, in their own ways, both she and Ken had sought refuge in the wilderness, looking for answers and healing.

Days turned into weeks, and Blair's bond with Ken grew stronger.
