Description: Arctic Cactus is a combination of his parent's Quirks: Antarctica and Cactus. So, much like his mother's Quirk, his makes his skin freezing; causing whoever touches his skin for short periods to start developing frostbite and hypothermia. He's also very pale, stemming from the lack of melanin in his skin from his Quirk.
Again, much like his mother's Quirk, he can pull the water from his body and make ice anywhere of his choosing, and any liquid that touches his body will freeze in just a few moments.
Like his father's Quirk, he can create spines, or in his case, icicles from his body. These spines, or icicles, can range anywhere from one inch in diameter, to six inches. They can be broken off and be used as a weapon, or be shot out at someone and used as a projectile.
The combination of those two quirks resulted in what Yaku can do with his own. The exact temperature of his skin was never formally checked, however, from his own testing, he has found it to be at least -115°C (-175°F), because Ethanol, or Alcohol, froze on his skin, and its freezing point is -114.6°C (-174.28°F).
Drawbacks: Due to the lack of melanin in his skin, it causes him to burn in the sunlight very easily. Also, because of his tolerance to extreme colds, it means he's very sensitive to any type of heat; leading to frequent heat strokes.
Because water freezes when it touches his skin, it makes it very difficult to take baths, showers, etc. Because of this fact, damp paper towels, rags, baby wipes, etc. are favorable.
To create the icicles, it uses the water in his body. If he were to overuse his quirk, it would lead to dehydration. Dehydration can lead to hallucinations, dizzy and fainting spells, and headaches and migraines.
When creating icicles and using them as projectiles, it can lead to sores and sometimes blisters in the spot it was previously if shot from the same spot for prolonged periods of time.
While using his icicles as a close-range weapon, the 6-inch diameter cannot be broken without difficulty; they're also harder to hold. The 1-inch diameter is very easy to break and hold, but again, emphasis on easy. Along with that, when breaking off an icicle, it has a 35% chance to tear the skin along with it and cause bleeding and sores from said spot; and that chance gets boosted up to 85% if the skin were to tear or already been injured.
