This chapter is some beauty and the beast shit-

F/f = favorite food

F/d = favorite drink

Ferid had led Y/n to a large dining room where the two now sat. Ferid sat at the head of the table, looking at Y/n, who sat sightly slumped over and fiddled with her hands in her lap under the long table.

For once, a differently dressed vampire walked out. He wore a dark colored tailcoat, dark colored trousers, and white gloves. What gave away that he was a vampire was his candy red eyes.

He pushed in a silver cart that had a few different wine glasses on it, as well as a covered plate.

He stopped by Y/n first and placed two different wine glasses in front of her as well as the covered plate. He then moved over to Ferid, who he placed a wine glass of blood in front of.

"My lord," the butler (Y/n assumed) bowed before wheeling the cart out of the room.

Y/n looked from the covered plate to Ferid, who motioned for her to open it.

"It's not dangerous," he chuckled.

Y/n smiled slightly before going back to neutral. She lifted the gold covering off to reveal a plate of f/f.

Y/n practically had stars in her eyes. She hadn't had good food, much less her favorite food since even before she had been kidnapped years ago. Not to mention, she had a glass of water, and a glass of f/d. However, then Y/n was very skeptical.

"How did you know I liked these?" She asked Ferid.

With a smirk the vampire shrugged his shoulders, "Lucky guess."

Y/n felt much better. She was hydrated, her taste buds were satisfied, her stomach was full, and she was happy. She hadn't had a full meal like that in a long time. She even got dessert!

But now it was time for her reward for her blood.

"You were happy with lunch?" Ferid asked as he walked Y/n down some long hallways on the first floor of his mansion.

"Very," Y/n sighed in contentment.

"Good," the silver-haired vampire smiled before he put his hand on Y/n's lower back, making her slow down before he led the girl to two large double doors.

He opened the doors to reveal a huge library. Hell, the room full of books was so large it had to have multiple stories! It was crazy!

Y/n's jaw dropped, her mouth agape as she looked around the room. She had never seen so many books in her life! Even the libraries she had seen in Tokyo couldn't compare to this! She walked a few feet more into the room past Ferid, taking it all in. It seemed most things in lord Bathory's mansion had a light-colored theme to make it look clean and elegant.

"Holy crap!" Y/n squealed, not even sure where to start, "I-I just meant a few books!"

Ferid grinned, "Well, this is all yours," he spoke calmly, as if it was every day that he gifted someone a giant library.

Y/n looked back to Ferid in surprise, shock, bewilderment- she just couldn't believe her eyes! Y/n had loved reading many years ago, and she was still sure it was a good way to pass time.

Without thinking it through Y/n walked to Ferid and wrapped her arms tightly around the taller male.

"Thank you, thank you, thank you!" Y/n quickly spoke, very hyper from this moment.

Ferid stood there, still for a moment, before returning the gesture and hugging Y/n back, massaging the girl's upper back gently.

"Your most welcome, N/n."

To the vampire's dismay, Ferid had to eventually leave Y/n in the library. While he did enjoy being around Y/n he did have other things to finish as a progenitor.

Assuming Y/n had left after several hours, Ferid made his way to his own bedroom from his study. However, just out of curiosity, he poked his head into the library.

Y/n had not gone home. She was still there in the library. Y/n was barely awake and was falling asleep as she read. Her h/c hair slightly covered her eyes as she looked down and tried to read whatever book she was reading. Y/n's hand held up her head as her e/cs eyes lazily scanned the book where she sat at a table.

Ferid, quieter than a church mouse, walked up to Y/n and softly placed his hand on Y/n's shoulder as he spoke, making Y/n jump.

"I thought you would have gone home by now," the noble said in a low voice.

"Oh..." Y/n processed Ferid's words, "What time is it?" She asked as she rubbed some sleep from her eyes.

"Late. You may stay the night in the room you were in earlier if you'd like. Common vampires don't appreciate livestock out this late at night. I would hate for something to happen to you," Ferid added the last part in a sickly-sweet voice.

Y/n hummed, "Okay..." she agreed.

Plus, the room Y/n had in Ferid's manor was much better than her crappy apartment.

Ferid offered his hand to Y/n, helping her up. Although, neither one of them ever let go of the other's hand. At some point their fingers ended up intertwined as they left the library and Ferid walked Y/n back to her temporary room.

"Here we are," the taller male said, stopping in front of the fancy door, "And if you need anything, my chambers are at the end of the hall."

Y/n nodded. She didn't want to let go of Ferid's hand, but she did. She opened the door to her given chambers, and before she closed the door, she turned to Ferid one last time.

"Goodnight," she bid.

Ferid smiled softly, "Sleep well my dear Y/n," he waved before walking down the hall.

Y/n closed the door to her room. She yawned, her eyes watering before she turned to her bed. Before she got into the bed, she remembered there was a bathroom, and in that bathroom was a bath.

Y/n wasted no time in going to the bathroom and filling up the large bathtub with hot water. She added soap to the hot water before stripping and getting in the bath.

It felt wonderful. The hot water eased her sore muscles, and immediately made her feel cleaner. Finding a brush, Y/n ducked her head under the water, rubbing away any dirt on her face, and scrubbing at her hair. Y/n came back up from under the water, inhaling a deep breathe before beginning to brush out any knots in her hair.

Y/n finished her bath and found spare clothes in the walk-in closet that she changed into. It was just a simple ivory nightgown and a pair of thin shorts to wear under it. Although, both were made of a soft silk that Y/n couldn't get over.

Y/n went back over to the bed and crawled under the covers. She blew out the candle that lit up the rest of the dark room, the room becoming pitch black then. Almost as soon as Y/n's head hit the pillow she fell asleep.

That was one of the best nights of sleep Y/n had ever had.
