I've never been the popular girl at school. I usually just stuck to the shadows and kept to myself. This year is my senior year at Carney Reigh High and I plan to stay un noticed by society as usual. Society had taken over the average teenagers mind, twisting and shaping it until you looke like everyone else. Popular people like Abby Briggs were perfect to societys view on people. She had long, brown hair, flawless olive skin and she was skinny. Girls craved to look like her. Me on the other hand, thick sun blonde hair, bony and tan with light freckles. I was what you would label, a freak.

The bell had just signaled lunch. I closed my math book and slid it into my backpack and walked out of my math room into the flooded hallways. Advoiding the people, I finally was in the Cafertiria. I've sat alone at lunch in my corner of the room for all of my schooling career. Un noticed and untouched. I usually just listen to my iPod all lunch and watch the world go by but today i forgot it so yeah, it sucked.
I stood up and rushed out to head to the bathroom. Walking down the almost deserted halls dreaming about Kellin Quin, I suddenly landed on the floor. I looked up and saw him. He was staring at me. ME.
"i-im s-sorry" i managed to squeak out whilst slightly blushing. He grabbed my wrists and pulled me to my feet. It was Jack Ridgid, the most popular guy in school. The heart breaker, the party thrower, the shallow one. "Maybe you should watch where your going next time rat" he said, glaring down on me "Im pretty sure you were the one who stood infornt of me, jerk" I snarled at him
He took a step forward and looked down on me " Usually the population of girls at this school would kill to touch me" he smirked at me and ran his fingers through his hair. "Maybe im not like other girls" I replied with a hint of courage in my eyes. I turned on my heel and started walking in the other direction.
