During the Thousand Year Blood War, during the earlier days of the Empire, Captain Retsu Unohana, whose real name is Yachiru, was killed in the hands of Kenpachi Zaraki. In Life, in the Soul Society, Unohana and was a known as the most diabolical criminal to ever exist in Soul Society and one of the founding member of the Thirteen Court Guard Squad. She laid the foundations of what would be known as the 11th Squad and became its first captain, as well as the first Kenpachi. During that time, Unohana was taught medical techniques by Tenjirō Kirinji of Squad Zero; she sought this knowledge in order to prolong fights. Some time later, after fighting Zaraki, she left the 11th Squad and became Captain of the 4th Squad. After her death, samples of her were collected by the Grand Inquisitor to make Force Sensitive Clones of Unohana to serve the Empire. Many of Unohana's Clones were made, but those who came before Sakura Retsuhana and Yachi Renohana went mad and destroyed. Retsuhana were created before Yachi and escaped Weyland and went into hiding. Yachi was created and would remain with the Empire and serve under Darth Vader as his handmaiden, without an Inhibitor Chip.

Three Days Later, After being told to get Unohana's DNA, Jay and his comrades gathered around to come up with a plan to steal Unohana's DNA so the Empire can't make more of Unohana's Clones. Tech said Mount Tantiss is heavily guard since the start of the Galactic Civil War and many reason activities around the planet. The Empire sent troops to protect the mountain in case of a Rebel attack. Tech also adds that there were reports of attacks that surround the planet. One of the attacks was an ill-fated one lead by combine German and Russian Forces. Thankfully, none of them weren't taken prisoner, but they took heavy causalities. It was there Edge manage to find an opening, a secret passage to get inside Mount Tantiss. He proposes to have Delta Squad with a squad of regular troops to use that passage while Jay and his team go in the mountain dressed as Imperials. Once both teams are in and met at the given coordinates, Squad 99 will monitor the situation from their ship, hidden from Imperial Patrols of course, and give them coordinates to find the Cloning Chamber. Luke Skywalker would led the mission with Mara Jade as second in command. Luke would have, Jay, Mollbry, Jaysuki, Kira, Juchi. Lieutenant Nanao Ise, Juchi, Fives,  Hevy, Commander Cody, Lieutenant Jesse, Boil & Waxer with him, along with a team of Rebels, disguised as Imperial Stormtroopers of course. If things want wrong, Leia would sent a squadron to pull them, and Squad 99, out. With a plan set, Luke and the others left to get ready. In his Jedi Chambers, Jay was dressing up in his Imperial Stormtrooper Armor. To Jay, just like in 2029, he hated Stormtrooper Armor. He prefer Clone Trooper Armor over Stormtrooper Armor any day. Many Clones of the Republic would agree with that. After Jay puts on a Commander's Pauldron, he grabbed his helmet and met up with Luke who is dressed as an Imperial Army Colonel with Mara Jade as an Imperial Army Lieutenant Colonel. The rest of Luke's team are dress as Imperials. Once everyone has gathered, Luke went over his plan. He tasked Delta Squad would take an Imperial Transport and land to take the passage to get inside Mount Tantiss while he and his team arrive on the mountain via on the Lamba Shuttle. Squad 99 would land in a heavily forested area and reply information to Luke and his team. With a plan set, Luke and his team boarded their ships and went into lightspeed.

Arriving out of hyperspace, Weyland was in view. Squad 99 transmit clearance codes to the Empire and began to make their way to the planet surface. With Squad 99 and Delta Squad landing on the planet, Luke and his team landed on the platform. The group is met by an Imperial Officer and asked to state their business. Luke, using Mind Trick, told the officer that he and his troops are here to inspect the base by orders of Lord Vader. The Commander, under the influence of Mind Trick, welcome the Colonel and his troops and agreed to let them walk around the base. Once they entered and out of range of Imperials, Mara Jade contacted Tech that they are inside. Tech replied back by saying Delta Squad are inside and are their way linking up to them now. Around a corner, they found Delta Squad and make their way to find the Cloning Chambers. Along the way, Luke was curious about the name Unohana. He heard about the name from Ahsoka when he and Mara Jade were training to be Jedi. He asked Jay and Nanao, who know about Unohana, about her and what surrounds her. Jay and Nanao told them everything about Unohana. Nanao began by saying she was a known as the most diabolical criminal to ever exist in Soul Society and one of the founding member of the Thirteen Court Guard Squad. She laid the foundations of what would be known as the 11th Squad and became its first captain, as well as the first Kenpachi. "She was infamous for being a brutal and cold-blooded killer, which she demonstrated by massacring the Quincy of the Lichtreich when they first invaded Soul Society." Nanao began. "In Earth's year of 1018, she fought alongside Yamamoto and the rest of the first Gotei 13 captains against Yhwach and his Quincy army." "Some time later after becoming Captain." Jay chimed in. "She came across a young boy who would one day be known as Kenpachi Zaraki. He attacked her on sight, the boy was able to injure her, causing the woman to once again enjoy fighting. However, despite being the one left standing at the conclusion of their battle, she realized he was stronger and was better suited to become Kenpachi. Sometime later, Unohana left the Eleventh division and became Captain of the Fourth Division." This shocked Luke, she never knew a woman, a Soul Reaper Captain, would have this kind of past. When he asked how did she die, Jay said she fought Captain Kenpachi Zaraki in a duel and was killed by him. He informed him that it was an Inquisitor who took samples of her DNA and took them to make clones of her. Luke said we will stop them from producing more. Then, they arrive at the Cloning Chambers. They saw Cloning tubes all around, some of them containing clones of Unohana. Seeing the main computer on their left, Fixer went to in to began to locate Unohana's DNA and get it. Once they located, they found it was sealed. Luke, since he was with Ahsoka and learned a thing or two from her, asked R2 to Anakin's passcode to get access to the DNA samples. R2 then scomped in and entered the codes, which is eight one zero eight, to get access to the DNA samples. Then, a container, which contains Unohana's DNA, popped out. Kira, upon seeing it, walked over, picked up the container and puts it her bag, borrowed by an American Army Clone Paratrooper.

Before departing, an idea struck Luke. Sensing the good inside the Unohana Clones, he proposed to Jay about taking one; using it to be trained in the Jedi Arts and fight for the Rebellion. Jay paused for a moment, thinking about Sakura Retsuhana. He also though about Isane Kotesu and her thoughts on seeing Unohana alive, but as a clone. She would be shocked and angry by this. He doesn't want to hurt her feelings after what she has been through after Captain Unohana's death. It would breaks his heart and couldn't bear to see her upset. But, seeing the determination in Luke, he agreed to bring one Unohana Clone with them. The clone they will bring with them, who will be named Chiru Hana, will be the last Clone of Unohana to survive the war and become one of the Jedi to serve in Luke's Jedi Order. On the way out, just after Delta Squad, Kira & Juchi went to regroup with Squad 99, they spotted by an Stormtrooper. Fordo tries to convince the trooper that they are taking the clone to Coruscant for training, but before the Stormtrooper can report him, Cody stuns him. Knowing it was time to leave, they left the area and make their way to the landing pad, just as stormtroopers converge on their last location. Luke contacted Hunter that they need help to get off world. Hunter replied by saying they are on their way. When they reached the landing pad, they found themselves surrounded by Imperials, blaster leveled and ready to fire. Before the Imperials can carry out their execution, the Havoc Marauder and a Imperial Transport strafe the Imperial forces on the platform. Luke and his team take advantage of the chaos to flee. To not confuse themselves with Stormtroopers, they took over their headgear and starting gunning down several stormtroopers and a Imperial Astromech droid during their escape. Boarding their stolen Lamba Shuttle, Cody and Fordo began to power up the ship and blast off. The remaining Imperials attempts to blast them but Squad 99 distracts them by exchanging fire with them. They bought them time to escape Weyland before Imperials scramble TIE Fighters and chase after them.

Arriving back at the Rebel Fleet, Luke and Jay reported to the Alliance about their mission of Weyland and getting one of the Unohana Clones. Before departing from their debriefing, Luke proposed to have Mara Jade take the clone and train her. After deliberating, the agreed to the idea, but she is to be monitor closely; fearing she may turn and inform the Empire. In the Medbay, Rebel medics released the clone from her tub and examined her. Thankfully, she doesn't have an inhibitor chip and, like all Clones of the Republic after they got their chips removed, she was given a shot that stopped their growth acceleration. She was told everything and her "Sisters" that came before her. After hearing what they had to say to her, Chiru Hana pledged her support for the Rebellion. She was cleaned up, given a new hairstyle, Jedi robes and was given Sakura Retsuhana's lightsaber which she would use for the rest of her life. Weeks later, The Rebels continued with their missions and battles, gaining planets and allies as they go along. When Jay found some free time, he asked to speak to Martin and Volkova; ready to mend burned bridges. While in the Quartermaster's, both Martin and Volkova did some thinking and regretted their actions on Daro. Jay, seeing how sorry they are, returned them to active duty and gave Martin his rank as a General again. He also gave Volkova a commission in the U.S. Army with the rank of First Lieutenant, to serve under Captain Jack Graham. Excited by this, both Martin and Volkova thanked Jay and return to their troops.

With a few more missions that were complete, there is one mission the Rebels will take part in. The Rescue of Han Solo on Tatooine.
