"Oh, fuck, " I moaned.

He pushed his body into mine, effectively moving me out of the steaming shower water. A strand of my hair stuck to my cheek for a brief moment before he brought it back behind my ear messily. They straightened it when I arrived this morning, but with every passing second in the steam, my curls started springing back up.

I tried my best to focus on the moment. I wanted to really sell the lust and desire our characters were supposed to feel in this moment, not worry about what facial expression I wore or what line came next.

"You feel so good, baby, " he breathed into my neck. "Doing so good for me." The hot air clung to all of my exposed skin, and a blush rose to my cheeks.

I hiked my leg up higher against his hip, like we had done the last few takes. It felt a little too practiced, and I hoped we didn't come across as so. I suppose he thought the same thing because suddenly, his large hands slid down and grasped both of my ass cheeks, straying from the script, and I gasped. His grunts increased with his thrusts. Even though I technically couldn't feel him, I knew my thighs would be sore tomorrow. A wave of pride came over me with that thought, but I pushed it down to refocus on the moment.

When the director, Sean, yelled cut, our hands dropped from each other immediately. He stayed in front of me long enough for one of the costume assistants to bring each of us a robe to cover up with before he turned away without a word.

Sean clapped once to gather everyone's attention, "That was great Pedro. Devon, I need a little more from you, alright? Where's the passion? Cassie is supposed to embody sexiness. Yeah?"

"Uh-huh. Got it." I tried masking my annoyance, but it seeped through regardless.

"Alright, let's just reset and go one more time," Sean called out as he twirled his pointer finger in the air.

My small hair and makeup team welcomed me at my station and set up my touch-ups. It wouldn't take long- my hair was meant to stay wet and messy throughout the scene and I hardly wore any makeup. Still, Allison, my favorite member of hair and makeup, ran a comb through the larger tangles that formed due to Pedro's large, wandering hands. When she finished, I noticed Pedro himself walking directly toward me. 

"Was that alright?" Pedro asked without any preamble.

"What?"

"The end." He paused, rubbing his nose. "You know, that take was a little more intense than the other ones. Just making sure I didn't cross a line or something." He said as he tightened his robe, then crossed his arms against his chest.

I shrugged. "We're acting, it's what the characters would do."

"Great," he matched my languid tone but kept his tense posture.

I felt my robe slowly slip from my shoulder but didn't bother catching it. I could've sworn Pedro's gaze strayed to the bare skin there as if he wasn't swallowing my spit five minutes ago. Allison, still running her fingers through the tips of my damp hair, covered me up again. 

Pedro connected eye contact once more and raised an eyebrow as if waiting for me to say something else. Or, perhaps, contemplating our short conversation. When I closed my eyes and allowed Allison to begin touching up my face powder, I heard his footsteps receding and let out a shallow breath. Once Pedro was out of earshot, Alison put her makeup brush back in the right compartment in her belt bag and whistled lowly. I looked at her, confused.

"You know he's just trying to be nice," she chastised.

"Well, I don't need him to be nice. I know what I'm doing. If he crossed a line, he would know."

Alison threw up her hands lazily.

Once they were ready to begin the scene again, I stepped back into the shower with only a strapless thong on to allow me at least a little bit of modesty. Pedro stepped in behind me in a similar fashion. We made eye contact and he smiled warmly at me, despite the awkward air crowding the entire set.

"Okay, start the shower." I faced the water, Pedro behind me. "Great, and action!"

(if ppl still do this lmao if not just ignore this entirely) go watch her youtube videos bc honestly she is so peaceful and calming to watch and her house reno is so aesthetic. obviously devon and meghan won't be the same in terms of personality but this is how i imagine her looks
