Name had run. Yes, it was dangerous move but she felt as if she had no choice. If they found her in that house they'd think she was a criminal. Well, she did kill the men but still. It was the wrong time to be placed in a royal prison.
She was now extremely weak and officially starving. Every part of her ached from running as she looked straight ahead through half lidded eyes. Her hand rests on a tree trunk as her breaths were heavy. A little rest. Her thoughts think as she crumpled on the ground, giving way to unconsciousness.
Mother Name stood there with eagerness as her husband showed himself. His head tilts in question while she ran up to kiss him.
Her fingers stroked his hair as their lips met in passion. Once they pull away, Mother Name whispered. "How was your day?" "It was alright. You seem excited, is there any good news?" He murmured, his eyes showed questions that were untold for.
"I have good news." She smiles. "I'm pregnant!" Shock flashed in her husband's eyes, then excitement but it ended with worry. The look of worry made her feel unsure of whether or not her news was good anymore as her eyes darken. "Is something wrong?" She carefully asks.
Her husband keeps silent as he contemplated on what to tell her. "If you're pregnant... you're going to have to give up the things you always do." He states blankly.
Mother Name knew exactly what he meant. He meant her demonic possession as well practices found unfavorable by everyone who knew it. She couldn't give him away! The demon inside was entrusted in her body by her mother, it was tradition to it this way as every female of the older lines of her family had done it. "But-..." She was cut off with his stare. He was not going to entertain her backtalk this time.
