Who's your favorite vampire? Mine is, obviously, Ferid lol

"Sooo..." Y/n started after she had changed, still a little embarrassed from Ferid's coarse statement earlier, "What are we doing again?"

The noble chuckled, his fist covering his mouth slightly, "You almost sound flustered, my dear Y/n," he teased, "But, today I have to introduce you to some people."

Y/n both did and didn't seem too thrilled about the mention of meeting people.

"You don't seem too elated to meet my acquaintances, N/n," Ferid grinned.

"Uhhh..." Y/n sighed, "I forgot how to be social with more than one person. And I don't like being introduced to new people. I'm more of a fan of just meeting people I already know."

"Well to know them you have to meet them. Your plan is a bit flawed," Ferid placed a hand on his hip as he walked, "And you met me?"

"Well-!... Your different..."

"How so? I'm not much different than meeting anyone else."

"I- your just different!"

"No need to get so upset Y/n."

"Then don't ask questions like that..."

"So, you can ask me questions, but I can't ask you questions?"

"Well- no- but-"

Ferid laughed, before he put his hand on Y/n's lower back. Normally Y/n would have worn the "livestock" outfit that consisted of the white with dark grey accents hoodie dress. However, this time she wore a fancy white and grey dress with golden accents dress, white tights, and close toed, shadow grey colored d'orsay heels that had gold lining.

"You'll be fine. I will do most of the talking anyway, if that is what your worried about," Ferid tried to reassure.

"Thats not really what I was worried about..." Y/n mumbled under her breath.

"Oh?" Curse the higher nobles and their strong hearing, "Then what are you worried about?"

"I'm human," Y/n deadpanned.

"So?"

"In a room full of vampires."

"It won't be like they can just grab you and drain your blood on the spot, doll."

.

.

.

"They can't...?"

Ferid, "No, of course not. Why?"

"I... don't know if I can share that."

Ferid frowned, "You can tell me anything, you know," his thumb rubbed against the fabric covering Y/n's skin.

"Uhm..." Y/n hesitated to tell the story, as she wasn't even supposed to see it happen, "A while ago, my friend that tried to escape was killed by a vampire draining his blood... He said he'd hurt me if I told anyone because at that moment, he was too full to finish me off too."

Ferid paused walking where they stood on a bridge to a large conference building.

"...What?"

Y/n seemed a bit nervous to Ferid. The girl fidgeted with her thumbs and couldn't hold eye contact.
