After the stranger brought me to his house. I've been doing a lot of that lately. He stripped down and gave me his clothes. They are nice. I look good in them. They also fit better than the clothes that Alaric gave me. I tried to give the man the clothes that I was wearing but he didn't want them. He only gave me a backpack so I wouldn't have to carry them. That's so nice of him. After that, he went into his bedroom so he could change into some of his other clothes. When he came back out he was wearing a hoodie and sweatpants. He sat down on his couch next to me.

"So where were you going? If you don't mind me asking," the stranger asked.

"I was just walking, I'm not from around here so I don't know the area," I answered.

"I can tell," he stated.

"You can?" I asked.

"Your accent gives you away," he explained.

"Oh yeah, my accent," I mumbled.

"Where are you from?" He asked.

"I have no clue" I shrugged.

"You don't know?" He asked again.

"I have memory problems," I said.

"Oh, that makes sense. So what are you doing in mystic falls?"

"Your guess is better than mine," I shrugged again.

"Damn your memory must be really bad," he said.

"Yeah, it is. I'm staying with a friend, he lives down the street," I explained.

"Oh, that's good,"

"So where were you going?" I asked.

"I was leaving the grill," he answered.

"The grill?" I asked.

"It's a bar down the street. They are having a fundraiser and it was boring," he stated.

"What's a fundraiser?" I asked again.

"A party where people take your money for some sort of cause,"

"What's a party?" I asked.

"It's a social gathering. A bunch of people get together and have fun," he explained.

"Fun! I want to have fun," I mumbled.

"Do you want me to show you where the party is?" He asked.

"You'd take me? I don't even know your name,"

"I'm Mason," he said.

"I'm Theodore," I replied.

"Nice to meet you, Theodore," he smiled.

"Now let's go to that grill place!" I said.

"Okay, let's go," he said in that monotone voice again as he got up.

I got up and walked to the door. He quickly followed and cut in front of me to open the door. The second the door opened I was hit by cold air making me shiver. I was the first to walk outside because he was closing the door. He turned around and walked over to me. He took a left and started walking. I quickly followed him as he sped away. As we got closer to the grill place I could see that more people seemed to be flocking there too.

As we got closer to the building I could see a bunch of those cars parked next to it. People were lining up to go in but they got stopped by this man in a black shirt. He took something from them before letting them in.

"That's the bar," Mason said.

"Thank you for showing me, Mason!" I smiled.

"No problem. I think it's my time to leave,"
