Nyonika: (Bitterly) "Of course, the story is more than that. Your daughter called my son at midnight just to trouble him and her entire family is putting all the blame on his shoulder. Behenji, Har vara maradadihi Kasura nahi hunda. Aurata ne unham galatiya karadia si. Aur marada nu phasa jati...ummhhhuu (Sobbing loudly) (Sister, every time, men are not at fault. Women make them make mistakes. And men got trapped...ummhhhuuu)"

Shrikant: (Shouts at his wife) "Ohh please, Nyonika. Stop all these dramas. At least, you consider our family's reputation. Both of your worthless sons have already ruined it. Mr Murthy, do whatever you want to do and stop this melodrama. If my sons did this stupidity then let them face the consequences."

He slouches on the sofa, pressing his temples in anxiety and stress. Dhruv tries to say something but in the next moment, a big blow lands on his face came from his beloved mother.

Nyonika: (Chides) "Kini vara kihasi, apne vira si na ban...na ban. Huna tehnu apana inama mila giyasi? Khotte (How many times I told you that don't become like your brother. Now, you got your reward? Donkey.) Haye Rabba mainu chak le. (God, take me with you) Uhhhhuuu."

Seeing her crying, Kishori scoffs under her breath. Vimesh leaves an exasperated sigh while Manik and Nandini both are standing dumbfounded. They literally have lost their logical thinking to even counter. Ador jumps out of Harshad's lap and starts sniffing Manik's feet. He takes a couple of circles of him and eventually starts wagging his tiny tail. It seems that, before these people, he recognised Manik's true identity and happily accepted him.

Ador: "Bhouuuu...bhok..bhok...Yeh to Dil da mamla hain. Phir yeh log lad kyun rahe hai? Manushya jati! (Well, this looks like a matter of heart. Then why these people are fighting? Human beings!)"

Until now, Harshad thought that Nandini or Manik will reveal the truth but observing no initiative from their sides, he tries to intervene. Only then, Rituja again shouts,

Rituja: (Yells) "ENOUGH! Before doing another stupid thing and involving the police in it, let me complete my words. Otherwise, it will be more humiliating for us."

Vimesh: (Surprised) "Humiliating? How? I am not the kind of father who considers it a girl's humiliation when the mistake has done by the boy. I won't cover it for the sake of Nandini's dignity. This boy crossed his limit and my daughter won't suffer for someone else's indecency."

He again was about to call the police when Rituja rests her palm on his hand.

Rituja: (Calmly) "He didn't cross any limit, nor he disrespected our daughter. It was just an example of his kiddishness and you can't punish only one person when the other is equally involved in it."

Kishori: (Annoyingly) "Ritu...what rubbish are you talking about? You didn't make any sense."

Rituja doesn't answer and looks at Manik and Nandini. Guilt and prayer both are visible in their eyes. As if they are requesting Rituja to spill the bean because they don't have any courage left to confront their hostile families. Rituja takes a deep breath.

Rituja: (In a steady voice) "Manik is Nandini's husband. Yesterday only, they got married in court. Both are adults and no Indian law can stop a husband spending time with his wife when she is willing to do so."

She turns at Kishori and continues,

Rituja: (Rigidly) "Did I make sense now, Amma? Will you still want the police to come? To laugh at our stupidity?"
