Jump, dodge and run...,
If they captured you it would be the end. My feet couldn't seem to move fast enough to get away. God! If they caught me I was in for it. I knew they were no good. I told my father, but he was too blind to see they wanted to kill our people and take control. If it wasn't for my noisiness I wouldn't have been able to get away in time, I was too late to warn my mother and sisters.... god I hope there safe. I escaped through the barrier of the castle wall which leads to the dark forest, which was not the best place to be. The castle wall was build many years ago when my ancestors had to fight off the wolfs of the west. Since then we never had any problem with any other kind of magical beings. There were many of them out there; we had to worry about reformed alliances with magical monstrosities so that if we ever had another fall out we would be able to win. Apparently my ancestors and father didn't think about the enemy coming in and destroying us from the inside.
"Were going to find you katielia, no matter how frantically you run we'll find you." Bella yelled from about a mile behind, making my feet move faster.
I couldn't believe I thought she was nice, what a fool I was to believe a seer. They were getting closer to me; I can feel them getting closer. As if I can feel their hot unsteady breath on the back of my neck. I need to get away. All of a sudden it was a bright light; it looked like a portal with white lights that swirled clockwise. Interesting, I thought. I've heard stories that who so ever jumps inside the portal will never come back. A voice in the back of my mind told me to jump, but could I leave my family? Could I let them die in a place that I grew up? My head and my heart were at a war with each other. I would have to make a decision. But........................ I couldn't. I wonder where it would take me if I jumped; I guess the time for wonder is over. I heard the seers moving swiftly behind me. I stared ahead and moved my feet at dead speed. My eyes were open when I jumped in. lights swerved...
........ Then everything went black.
BELLA ~ P.O.V~
"Where is she!?!?" I screamed at the group of seers who were chasing down Princess Katielia.
I looked around at the morons standing in front of me, who were chasing down the princess.
"Where is she!?!?!?" I repeated again.
"I'm sorry mistress, the girl was right in front of us, and... And... Then she just, d...d... disappeared." he sputtered.
I looked around trying to find out where the voice came from.
"What do you mean she disappeared?!?!?!" I shrieked to the dimwit group of men shivering in their boots in my presence.
Someone moved forward out of the group.
"I'm Bid, Mistress. I would like to speak with you in private." He said while bowing in front of me, whispering in a low voice so the others wouldn't hear. I noned my head and turned to the others and said " you are dismissed" they bowed and walked away. I slowly turned to bid wondering if he could be trusted " follow me " I turned around and started walking in the direction of the castle . I keep my pace steady so bid could keep up with my own. What was I going to tell the master. If they knows I let the princess get away they going to be very furious. Damn! How am I going to get out of this one!?!?!?!?!?! I knew she was going to be trouble, I could tell I was going to have my work cut out for me with that one. Vincent was going to enjoy know I had failed at bring in the girl, God! I can imagine his smug face right now. I won't let him win I refuse to let him win even if I have to kill him! walked up the front stairwell leading into the castle corridors made a right at the first cross ways and then left through a back passage way . I landed right in front of the gigantic wood door .I turned the door and walked into the room . The fire place in the right corner keeps the room warm but not hot . I've always hated this room , the smell of freshly cut wood drifted through the cracked window, the books lining up against the wall made the room feel tiny and cramped . But never mind that it's convenient for now . I walked over to the desk that took up another portion of the room and sat at the desk signaling bid to sit down and start talking .
"Speck" I said in the most pleasant voice I could manager to bid .
"y...y...yes, well we were all running down that girl the princess and then she d...d....disappeared " he stop talking as if giving me time to understand.
" That what you had to say ! Your wasting my time bid you dragged me away from my duties so you can tell me that! Guards!Guards!Guards!" I screamed in the loudest voice that I know traveled around the castle. The door imdiatentle open and guards came running in look as thought they were ready to kill. I watched as the blood drained out of Vic face.
"Wait I wasn't done tell you what I saw". Said bid in a voice that was full of fear. I took a second to calm down my self and said " guards wait out side while I finishing talking to bid" They nodded there heads in agreement and turned around and walk out the door.
"Finish tell me what was going on bid, because my patient is wearing thin" my voice must have had something anger in it because bid started babbling like a bigger nitwit.
he paused as if trying to gather his thought's " then I saw a white light shining , the others were fear behind so I don't think they say it but then she ran into the light and despaired , I tried to follow but the light despaired and I stop in the clearing wondering where she had gone".
I sat quilt letting his words sink in. I looked at bid face wondering if I could trust him, my gut was telling me he was telling the truth. But I needed to make sure he and I were the only one who had this piece of information.
"Thank you for your help bid". I said " you are dismissed "I said while waving my hand, I got up and walked to wards the door open it and watched him walked throught.What he didn't see was I slipped something inside is pocket. I turned my head away and walked back inside the room I stood by the window and watched bid walk away . The smile on my face see to get bigger thinking that bid didn't know that he just signed his own death sentence." Guards!" the guards from out side my door walked in" Yes". " The man that was just in here stole my money go to him take my money and throw him into the darkest dungeon room we have until I tell you other wise" "yes mistress". I dismissed them with a wave of my hand and started plotting how I was going to get Katielia back. .................................
