Dean sees the fury in Seth hut it wasn't until he spoke badly of dean did Seth respond more angry then he already was dean wasn't happy with the way that guy was speaking about seth but seth took care of it

Seth sees the tiger and grabs deans hand as he shuts the door dean hears faint screams he is kinda freaked out Seth saw the tenseness and he grips deans hand pulling him away he takes dean to his room and dean looks at Seth who has genuine concern

Dean-it's okay it's who you are your a ruler your job is to tame these people but can I ask

Seth-oh they don't know but not only do I want respect but they all have a chance to go to heaven and I make note of the ones I feel can make it to heaven without pain

Seth-I rule over these people is it wrong killing them maybe but here in my mind at least I feel like these people need to be punished everyone here is a murder a rapist or something horrible you can't have people like that not be punished they deserve to be here but they also deserve a second chance this is their second chance
