"L-lust!? W-why would I ever have lust in my eyes for girl I just met!?" I blushed while looking at Sanemi hugging Shinobu tightly. Soon my face that was full of blush became one of anger. Seeing him that close to her made my blood boil with pure anger. She was mine and she was gonna stay that way. I don't care if they have a sibling relationship, no other person is allowed to touch her like that except me! I don't care about the gender...or whoever it is, only I can touch her like that...Sabito and Obanai noticed my angered face and became speechless. I was known to be cold and strict yes,But I never actually had a look a pure anger. I soon noticed Sabito's face. It was a look of shock yes but there was also....fear.
The thought of Sabito fearing me broke my heart. I had been so caught Up with Shinobu that I had completely ignored the other people in my life. Even though i loved Shinobu the most in this world my friends are still very dear to me and the thought of them being scared of me....just hurts. My angered face relaxed and I got up from the ground. "Ahem! Kocho...I would like to ask what you are doing here so early? This is the time where the student council shows up. You are an hour too early." I said in a strict tone. "Well..I decided that I wanted to join the student council! Sorry sabito-san!..or actually may I know your last name so I can address you properly?" Shinobu gave sabito a warm smile and I swore I saw a little bit of blush on his face. At first I was angry but then I realized that sabito just blushes when a girl smiles at him so I calmed down. "S-sabito is fine you can just call me by my first name." Shinobu then gave him a look of excitement it even looked like her eyes had sparkles in them. She slipped out of sanemi's arms and ran to sabito and held his hands(like Tanjiro did to Kanao) "does this mean we are good friends now!? "Uh...umm" Sabito didn't know how to respond. It seems as if he had finally start to recognize shinobu's beauty. I wanted to be the only one who could see how cute she is but that would be impossible and also wrong and selfish. I want her to be happy but..I don't want anyone to take her away from me...But there were more important things at the moment. "On second thought you shouldn't join the council Shino..! It's all boys! And they suck aswell!" Sanemi said in a worried tone while being very clear how we suck. "Hey! Kanroji says I'm nice and cool..!" "OH MY GOD OBANAI!! NO ONE CARES-." Obanai looked at shinobu with sparkles in his eyes "YES! WE ARE BEST FRIENDS! also....do I know you from somewhere?.." shinobu said while trying to put her finger on who obanai was. "You two are childhood friends and were uh boyfriend and girlfriend at like when Shino was like 5 and you were 7 to when she was 8 and you were 10 I think. Sanemi said casually. Obanai and Shinobu looked at sanemi with terror and disgust in their eyes. I was angry at the fact that they were so close before."EW! WHY WOULD I EVER BE WITH HIM!?"shinobu yelled "THERE IS NO WAY I WOULD DATE THIS GNOME!!" Obanai shouted. "Don't call her a gnome obanai...you aren't even much taller" I said with a strict tone. "Holy shit my shivers are timbering right now.." obanai said as he was making fun of me again. Before I could scold him I heard an angelic laugh...it was so beautiful it completely made me forget what I was about to do. "Your friendship! IS SO FUNNY HELP!-" shinobu bursted out laughing. "You laugh like a dying raccoon wtf" Obanai said. Sanemi slapped him in the head. "HOW DARE YOU!! SHE LAUGHS LIKE AN ANGEL JUST LIKE KANAE! SHE IS PRECIOUS! AND SO IS HER LAUGH!!" Sanemi kept rambling on and on about how perfect the two butterfly sisters were. "BRO WE HAVE NOT EVEN SEEN THIS KANAE GIRL I BET SHE ISN'T EVEN ALL THAT COOL AND GREAT" Sabito yelled,getting sanemi to shut the fuck up about kanae for once.
"HOW DARE YOU INSULT KANAE-" before sanemi could go on a complete rampage someone hit him in his head. It was shinobu. "Sorry sanemi oni-chan overreacts sometimes!"
