"WELCOME Y/N L/N II. You are about to enter the interrogation stage. Before we begin, we must check your vitals and connect a machine to tabulate your body as we ask you questions." A robot assisted you, connecting multiple machineries to you.
When it was done, a thumbs up displayed on its robotic screen and a smiley face. "Good job, Y/n L/n II, here is a reward for behaving." The robot shoved chocolate bars into your hands.
You raised an eyebrow at its antics.
It was like it was modeled to serve children.
You felt your heart drop at that one detail."Who's gonna interview me?" You asked the robot, to be honest, you weren't completely scared of being in the Fatui hideout, but something about the place gave you an eerie feeling that you wished to avoid.
"Who else?" Another person answered.
You turned your attention to the third person, or second if you didn't consider the robot as one. You sighed, seeing the man from earlier enter the room, you just hope this time you didn't have to fight.
You were sat on a chair that was settled on a long table, the balladeer sitting on the chair across. "Really? You again...?"
You were really hoping to see much more cooler members of the Fatui.
"I'm not here to fight. The interrogation room is not for fighting." He replied, making you nod. He seemed much calmer, but still very cold.
"Alright then, hit it on me!" You exclaimed.
"..what?" He raised an eyebrow, staring at you as he judged.
"Just start the questioning." You sighed.
"Don't tell me what to do." He replied, making you groan.
"Can you stop making things more difficult?" Your eyebrows knitted together, showing your frustration over the stubborn guy.
"Why did you even agree to be questioned if you're just going to complain?" He asked, more of a mockery rather than an actual question. "Not to mention, you walked– no, you handcuffed your hands willingly."
"I want to know more about my grandparent and the reason why you're looking for them even though they've already passed." You rolled your eyes.
"You're hopeless." He glared.
"Be nicer to me, I am your chance of finding out the where the person you've been looking for is." You smirked.
He remained silent, "What do you know about Y/n L/n?" He started asking questions.
"They're my ancestor. They were the last person of our family to rule it before our clan had crashed down. Theory is, they were the reason of our family power's downfall, but I'd like to believe they had a reason." You replied.
"The fuck do I care about what you think–?" He asked, crossing his arms.
"Why do you want to know where they are?" You asked, completely ignoring his remark.
He scoffed. "Next question. What more do you know about Y/n? Tell me all about it."
"I'm not answering until you answer my question." You stared at him with rage.
"I am the questioner. You are the one being questioned. Do not switch the roles." He stared at you through his cold eyes, piercing through your skin and rubbing through your skull, his stare was too deadly and suffocating to be exact.
"Rules are made to be broken. Im sure you know that more than anyone else, because of your position in the Fatui, and.. I wont be answering your questions if you don't answer mine." You threatened, he didn't react.
