✩CHAPTER I: Old and New Friends✩

The change of the season has finally come. As the leaves fall and change colors, the temperature gets cooler by the second the days turn into nights. Summer was no longer here but Autumn has arrived. Not only did the seasons changed but the people changed too. People always change no matter what the situation is and no matter where they go they will always change.

The obnoxious noise was heard after many months of not hearing the annoying ring, it was finally heard. RING RING RING!! The alarm rang many times and a sudden groan was heard as it was turned off. Weary brown eyes looked down at the glow coming from his phone. "Annoying ass school.." he pouted in disappointment.

BANG! BANG! BANG! His heart raised as someone loudly banged at his door. Another annoying thing he didn't want to hear. The obnoxious voice yelled loudly as it kept banging at the door. "Drift! We have school! We can't be late if not Sig is going to be pissed if we are late you know how-" the female voice paused as she heard the door open. A sleepy blonde gazed at her with his tired eyes and his husk voice was present. "You think I don't know that. Sig told us many times so you don't need to keep reminding." He scolded her while he rushed. 

Catalyst rolled her eyes at her older brother. She doesn't know why her older brother got more annoying maybe it's the fact that he is growing older or he is just born annoying. She'll never know is what she thought.

Cool water in the morning hitting your face never has felt better after waking up. Drift threw water to his face as he cleaned his face and quickly started changing into his clothes that he was going to wear to school. Out of the many outfits he had to only choose one. The first day of school is always dress to impress if you really want to be noticed by the wolves that roam around the corridors of the hell's hole of school. It was basically a whole huge popularity contest if you want to be noticed and look "cool" for these people that you won't be able to see after high school. But besides this it was still important to be "popular" during these times. Why? Who knows.

He finally got dressed into something. Something nice is what he thought. Something that may impress everybody, well hopefully it impresses someone. He wore a soft knitted white sweater with a collar, black baggy cargo pants, and finally his high top Jordan's. It's something he thought it would look good well hopefully it looked good.

I finally got ready which I had to rush since my annoying sister kept bothering me because I had hurry up. Either way it didn't matter much because I had other things in mind besides her annoying ass yelling at the door the whole time. I knew some of my friends were going to be at the school that I will be attending but who knows if everyone in middle school is going to be there probably not. I lost most of my contact with a lot of my friends because I had to move to a different country for a small amount of time because my Uncle's company duties. I'll admit it, it was a nice 4 year vacation but I mainly missed everyone and I wondered how everyone is.

The thing I thought more about was the thought that I was either going to be alone the whole senior year with Ikonik or I'm going to meet the others which I hoped. Besides wanting to see Ikonik again after 4 years of being long distance friends, I wanted to see someone else that I had in mind for most of my middle school years plus the 4 years I was gone.

The person who I was thinking about is this girl with the most beautiful personality as long as with the most prettiest smile and big soft eyes. Her name is Brite but I lost contact with her because I was an idiot and I didn't ask her for her socials or anything which I still regret up to this day.
