Chapter Seven -
The weekend came faster than anyone could imagine and the older students of Hogwarts were so excited - since they had been told that they were actually able to leave off campus this weekend.
Although, Harry did not really care much due to the fact that all he wanted to do over the weekend was spend time with Blaise, He was still excited nonetheless.
---------------------
Blaise cursed as he made his way to his dorm room. He was stressing over the fact that he wanted to take Harry out since they had the whole weekend to do whatever they wanted. The only issues being - he didn't know what Harry would want to do outside of school and he wasn't even sure if Harry would want to spend the weekend with him in the first place..
Pushing his bag off his shoulder, Blaise sighed as he sat on the edge of his bed - his thoughts running wild. He truly had no idea what he was supposed to do.
He sat there for another few minutes before he grinned and quickly got off his bed - running towards the door, he raced to the common room entrance without noticing all of the strange stares he was getting from his housemates.
He was going to talk to Granger.
---------------------
Hermione was reading in the library when Blaise basically ran into the table she was at, looking frantic.
He bent over slightly, letting his hands rest on his knees as he huffed trying to allow air back into his lungs. Hermione simply watching in amusement. Finally, he stood to his full height and made eye contact with a smirking Hermione.
"is there a reason that you almost toppled the table over?" She asked, amusement laced all in her voice, making Blaise rub his neck in embarrassment before he finally said, "i need your help - it's about harry.." Hermione raised an eyebrow, telling him to continue without actually vocalizing it.
"well- uh.." Blaise cleared his throat, now that he was actually here, this was really awkward for him to say to Harry's best friend. Sighing, he dropped his shoulders and quickly said, "I want to do something with Harry over the weekend but I have no idea what he would be interested in doing or even if he wants to do anything with me at all so I thought that maybe you could help since, you are his best friend or whatever because i am absolutely clueless an-" Hermione ended his ramblings with a laugh, causing Blaise to blush slightly.
this was really hurting his ego.
Hermione's laughter ceased but the smile never left her face. "you want me to help you plan a date for you and Harry?" she asked although, it seemed like she already knew the answer and just wanted to tease the blushing boy a little bit. Blaise, too embarrassed to speak any longer simply nodded making Hermione hum in thought.
"Harry is quite simple. He isn't very picky, he will be willing to do anything with you - maybe you could do dinner, not somewhere too fancy obviously.." she trailed off before adding, "really Harry will enjoy whatever you plan, i'm sure of it. He really seems to enjoy spending time with you" This made Blaise smile slightly.
I enjoy spending time with him as well..
Sighing in thought, he looked up and made eye contact with Hermione. "Thank you Granger, you've seriously helped." He said with a small smile causing the girl to smile back at him before he turned to walk away.
"Oh and blaise.." Hermione said lightly, stopping him in his tracks. "hurt him and i'll curse you" her voice was low causing Blaise to nod and walk away in a rush.
He had a date to plan.
