Chris and bella had been together since highschool, had fallen in love and been together since the very first year of highschool, well, first year for her second for him. Now they lived together and of course living together meant learning more about each other and sometimes those lead to arguments but it's how you handle them that counts. They always resolved arguments of course and whoever was wrong apologized and sometimes even the person that wasn't wrong did.

This argument was their worst one however, it has started in the vehicle as Chris was driving. And now that they were home it was continuing.

"Babe, I'm not cheating I've been with you for 5 years why would I cheat?" He questioned as calmly as possible to his girlfriend, who he loved to death but the last few weeks he had been working late and there's a female partner at the place he works that has the hots for him. So of course, bella also had some friends whispering in her ear to make her doubt his loyalty to her. "because! You always work late you smell of a different person when you get home sometimes and you don't spend time with me at much!" She shouted and he sighed. "babe I'm not cheating on you!" He stated. "oh and let's not forget that work partner of yours, she's all over you." She stated. That was a bit of an exaggeration to be honest. The women had the hots for him but wasn't all over him.

"Babe, she is not all over me! And even if she was so you really doubt me that much?" He questioned. "right now? Yes!" She stated. "is this because of your friends?" He questioned her and that pissed her off more. "so what if it does!?" She shouted. He sighed. "babe, I'm not cheating on you!" He stated and watched her. She was fuming. "oh really!? Then how do you explain the late nights, smelling differently when you come home and other shit like not wanting to spend time with me!" She shouted. This was starting to piss him off as calm as he was trying to be. "babe! I'm not fucking cheating on you! Me working late is literally just me working fucking late! I'm not sleeping with anyone other than you because I am with you! And I can't help that I smell like other people because I work around other people!" He stated. "sometimes hug them depending who they are!" He nodded. "and we spent time together today if you didn't have the idea to start an argument it would have been pretty nice!" He stated. "and your damn friends keep whispering in your ear I know but damn, we've been together for 5 fucking years bella! I'm not going to cheat because if I did I'd probably kill myself before you or even your father could do anything about it because I can't live without you! So, if you want to go spend the night at your parents fine. But It doesn't change the fact I have not and will not cheat on you!" He shouted and sighed, walking upstairs to their room and he took a breath.

Bella stood slack jawed and blinked a few times, taking in all he said, she sat down and began to cry quietly.

Chris sighed softly and went to the closet. He reached a shelf that bella couldn't ring and got a box and a ring out of it. He looked at it and smiled softly. They argued but it didn't change he loved her. He really couldn't live without her. He thought and headed back downstairs. He saw her crying and went over, getting on one knee and looked at her, he took her hands from her face and held up the ring. She looked at him and it. He thought.

"I've been working late so I can pay for it." He whispered softly and watched her face show shame and guilt. He wiped her tears away gently. "bella I love you." He whispered softly. "I would never cheat on you, I love you so much, you should know that more than anyone." He stated. She nodded hugged him tightly, he wrapped his arms around her and hugged her, kissing her neck soothingly to help her calm down. "I want to marry you, I want you to be my wife, I'm not going to ask you right now because I don't think the time is right but it will be soon. I have it planned baby, but I do want you to be my wife. You are my forever." He rubbed her back. She cried into his neck. "I'm so sorry." She whispered and kissed his cheek as she pulled from his neck. "I love you so much I'm so so sorry. It's just you were so busy, and the girl at work and my friends it's just- It became so easy to believe." She whispered and he cupped her cheeks. "bella, you have me, all of me in so many ways." He kissed her softly and sweetly. "that means no one, I mean no one whether we argue, fight, are mad at each other or I'm drunk even will have me. Because I'm only yours In every single way." He whispered and she watched him, nodding softly and kissing him deeply. He held her and kissed her sweetly and stood up, holding her to him and heading upstairs with her. He laid her down and laid with her, holding her. They fell asleep like that.
