Levy woke up in her bed the next morning. "Ah... I feel so much better after being able to sleep in my own bed." She stretched. "Mmf! Okay... What was I going to do today?" She spent the next who knows how long pacing, thinking about how to perfectly plan her day. Then she looked at her clock. "Oh! It's already almost 10!" She went to get dressed. "Maybe..." She pulled her night gown off. "Maybe I can go Apologize to Gajeel... And then take him out to eat. To make up for it." She picked up a bag. "Maybe I can wear my new Tank Top and Shorts that I bought with Lucy the day before. Yeah! That's what I'll do!"

She looked in her big mirror, fixing her hair. "Perfect. I think He'll like this. Now let's go out! I bet money he could be at the guild right now!"

She bet right. Gajeel was indeed in the guild hall. He was just talking to Laxus. It was almost noon when Levy finally showed up. Who knows what took her so long. She scanned for Gajeel. Just then, Laxus nudged him. "Hey, stupid. Look." He pointed. "Gajeel looked and saw Levy. Part of him wanted to launch across the room and glomp her, the other part of him wanted to ignore her, because he thought she was still mad.

But he replied. "Wh-what about her...?"

"You should take her out somewhere. You know you wanna." Laxus winked and smiled a teasing smile. Gajeel tried his hardest not to let it get to him. "I'll just talk to her, mmkay? Don't get in the middle of it...!"

Gajeel got up. "Her I go..." Laxus grinned. "Get some, Gajeel!"

"M-man, sh-shutup!" Gajeel walked over to Levy, and Laxus turned around, pretending it didn't happen. Natsu was staring at him, dumbfounded and kinda scared as always. "The fuck you looking at, you pink pile of ashes!?" Natsu looked away in a cold sweat. "Nothing!!!" And ran away.

Meanwhile, Gajeel stood behind Levy, kinda towering over her as always. "Hey. Shorty. E-er, I mean, Levy." Levy immediately whirled around. She brightened up. "Gajeel! I was looking for you!" Gajeel nodded. "Same. There's something I wanna talk about."

"Me too!"

"Wanna do it somewhere more quiet?"

Levy nodded. "Yeah! I know where to do it. Here, follow me."

20 minutes later, they are at the edge of Magnolia. Known as "Orange Cape" because at sunset the sun setting would make the sea appear a brilliant orange.

Once there, Levy asked "There's something I wanted to talk to you about. But you can go first."

Gajeel nodded and put his hand in his pocket. "I wanted to give you something that belongs to you." Out of the pocket, he pulled out the headband.

Levy could do nothing but stare in disbelief. She jumped up and hugged him right then and there. Gajeel was so happy. He hugged her back. "Thank you" was all she could say, over and over again.

"Gajeel... I... I can't thank you enough." Gajeel put her down. "Levy. I wanna ask you something."

"Go ahead!" Levy smiled brightly up at him.

He took a deep breath. "Levy... You've done so much for me, and I've wanted to ask you this for a long time. Will you... Go out with me...?"
