Everyone followed her. She stopped at a hidden grotto and shushed everyone. There was Claw and Fang walking around the cage that held the Princess and the Queen.
"No one is coming to get you. I bet they can't find the ribbon piece I want." Claw chucked.
"What is the ribbon piece?" Princess Mist asked.
"Silly Vaporeon. It's a piece of Sylveon fur. The fur is suppose to show the Pokémon using it where the secret moon rock is," Fang sneered.
"That's not true! That's only so something fools will believe!" Cora whispered to the group. "I can't believe they think this stuff is real. Even little Eevees know this is fake. I guess I'll give them a little if my fur."
Cora walked toward the two criminals and demanded, "Release the Princess and the Queen now."
"Hand over the ribbon piece," Claw snarled. Cora handed a piece of her fur over and he snatched it out of her paw.
"Finally! What I've been searching for!" Claw exclaimed. He walked over to the cage and unlocked it. "Now I can find the moon rock."
"You can do that in the dungeon," King Arrow said. He walked out into the grotto and several gaurds followed him. They surrounded Claw, Fang, and Flame.
"We'll take it from here. Our alliance is still here, so come over if you need our help," the king said as he, the queen, and their gaurds walked down the path to Aspear Town.
"We should be going back to our towns too." Princess Poochyena said. Princess Mist and Queen Bailey nodded.
"But, wait! I still don't have my Soul Gem back!" Mist exclaimed. Cora started searching the floor and everyone followed in the same manner, except Blade.
"Blade, come help us find the gem," Shimmer said. Blade shook his head and said, "No need for that. I stole it from Claw after Cora went to give up her piece of fur and rescue the princess and queen. Here you go, Mist."
Blade handed Mist the Soul Gem and Mist caressed it in her paws.
"Thank you so much Blade!" Mist said, tears in her eyes. Then, she and Queen Bailey walked back toward their towns. Queen Autumn looked at Cora, Blade, and Shimmer and said, "Good job! I am very proud of you three. To thank you, I would like to promote Cora as my chief advisor and Blade and Shimmer can live in my den with Cora. Let's go to Mist's town so we can see the ritual to release the souls."
"Thank you so much!" Shimmer and Blade said in unison.
"Let's go to Mist's town now!" Cora exclaimed. Then, the trio and Queen Autumn made their way to Pecha Hills. When they got their, Princess Mist was waiting for them.
"Come in! Come in! Let's go release Pokémon souls!" she exclaimed. She took out the gem from a box and whispered some words. All of a sudden, swirls of green, blue, and purple surrounded Mist and the gem. Then, out came Pokémon souls. Thousands of them cane flying out of the den so they can go back to the bodies that were laying on the floor where their souls were taken. When the last soul was gone, Blade asked excitedly, "Can we go see my mom and dad Cora?"
"Sure! Let's go to Oran Grottos!" Cora said. "Queen Autumn. We are going for a quick trip to Oran Grottos so we can see Blade's parents."
"Okay, but hurry back!" the queen responded. The trio ran out of the den and made their way over to Iran Grottos, which wasn't that far away. When they got their, there were Pokémon swarming the grotto. Cora, Blade, and Shimmer looked everywhere for Blade's parents, but couldn't find them.
"Where are they?" Blade asked, feeling worried. "How come I can't find them?"
"I'm sorry for eavesdropping, but are you looking for Midnight and Thunder?" an elderly Ninetails asked. Cora nodded and the Ninetails shook her head. "Then, I'm sorry for your loss. They were killed for standing up for everyone here. Then after, we all sucked in that gem."
Blade gasped and started crying. Shimmer pressed against him for comfort. Cora looked at the Ninetails and said, "Thank you." before walking away with the Eevees. All the way home, Blade cried. When they got to their town, Blade was sleeping on Cora's back with Shimmer watching him so he wouldn't fall off. They walked up to the Queen's den and a maid let them in. The maid showed them their room and they all fell asleep.
