Summer Break

Chapter 10

It was summer break and it was time for us to go home to spend time with my Family.
I pack my suit case with my clothes and my books in my school bag and I hug my school mate bye and headed down to the corridor where I met few of my teacher, who which me fair well as I head to the school gate where the security guard search my luggage and found nothing, so I headed on my way to the nearby road to take a bus to Spanish Town, when I saw a vechile came to a stop and the vehicle window whinned down and saw Alexander.

" Jesus what does this married man want now" I said to myself.

Hi, beautiful how are you?" he asked.

" I am fine married man" I replied.

" I know I deserved that, but you know my name" he said.

" I guess Alex something" I said.

He shake his head at me.

"What can I do for you?" I asked.

" Can I dropped you off at your destination" he replied.

"No and you can't answer a question with a question"I said.

" OK, can I dropped you where ever you are going?" he asked.

I shook my head and said.

"Yes, just only this once"

He came out of his Rage Rover and took my luggage and put it the back and I got into the car front and he get into driver seat and we drove away.

" How was school?" he asked.

" School is going on well and your wife" I replied.

"She is fine I guess, she not going to be my wife anytime soon" he said.

" Sorry to hear that, but that's not my business, I guess you guys need counseling.

"We pass that stage long time and no progress," he said.

"Oh my" I said.

" My wife is not a nice woman" he said.

"You never know she wasn't nice from morning?" I asked.

"I was hoping that she would change, but nothing happen, I am sorry that I 'm share my problem with you" he said.

" It OK, sometimes it's good to talk to someone to get problem of your chest"I said.

"Thanks to lend a ears" he said.

"You are welcome" I said.

"So what you going to do now?" I asked.

"I hate divorce,but that what am going to do, divorce her, I am tired of her dirty ways and life style" he replied.

" I need a good woman to call my own, some one kind, sweet and good home training"he said.

" What about you, what are you looking for in a man?" he asked.

" Not looking for a man at the moment, I am focusing on my studies, but after, I might" I replied.

" I am looking for a hard working man, caring, trust worthy ,loving, kind and a good listener" I said.

" Me too" he said.

" Well I wish both of us the best in that our endeavour" I said.

He continued to drive the car while we continued with our conversation.

" Where should I leave you?" he asked.

"Spanish Town, I will get something from there to get home" I replied.

"No problem then"he said.

We reached Spanish Town approximately 8:00pm, because of traffic, we say our fair well and he stop the car, came out and took my luggage out of the car, I got out as well and he put it at my foot,hugged me and we say bye.

He went back in his car and drove of, he walked to the nearby taxi stand to take vechile, which was good and I got one in time which was going my direction,which got in and the driver put my luggage in the trunk and close it and went back into the car and drove away.

Alexander (POV)

While I was on my way back home to New Kingston, when I get a call from my mom.

" Good evening mom" I address her.

"Don't good evening mom me, what I hear you cheating on your wife, with some school girl?" she asked.

" Mom that's a lie and thank for telling me, for your information, this marriage is over between me and her, you tell dad that too" I said as I switch of my phone.

These people are pissing me of, I can't have a life of my own, without parents or father- in -law butting in my business, that wife of mine need to go, I drove my car wildly on the road.

I reached home and saw my wife and her phone laughing, I grabbed it away from her and said.

"Why you call my mom, telling her I am cheating on you?"

"But you are,so I call my mother-in-law and talk to her about you, isn't her my mother-in law" she said.

" Oh I see" I said.

" Can I have my phone back?" she asked.

" No, this is what causing the problem" I replied as I walked up the stairs with it and into my room and slapped the door.

" I want back my phone Alexander!" she shouted outside the door, but I didn't answer her.

She yelled once more.
