Winter felt his heart racing, Qibli had just asked him if he loved him. Winter gulped, he absolutely did love Qibli but he couldn't admit that, Qibli was probably joking, "Ha ha, very funny Qibli, I may be marrying you bu-"
Winter was cut off by Qibli kissing him, Qibli pulled back and said "S- Sorry, you just look so good in the moon light." Qibli looked away from Winter, they both blushed. Winter touched the river water and said "Qibli.... I.... I love you." Qibli looked at Winter and said "I love you to, Winty."
Winter grabbed Qibli's face and kissed him, "You win the bet, you may kiss me whenever you want." Qibli smiled and said "Thanks Winty." Winter smiled slightly as he cuddled up to Qibli's chest and said "I love you, Sand lizard." Qibli wrapped his tail around Winter's and said "Can we go public now?"
Winter looked up and said "Fine, we best get going anyway, we have to return before daylight." Winter and Qibli started to walk back to the Nursery, all the Dragonets were asleep, Winter couldn't believe he and Qibli were officially a couple, what would everyone think?
