The eight members of the Akatsuki who are meant to be dead, are actually alive and are battling Konoha shinobi.
This in-turn unsettles Naruto Uzumaki And Sakura Haruno, Two Of Team 7's Shinobi.

Shikamaru Of Team 10 states there is no point in wondering why the dead are back alive and quickly comes up with a counter plan, but Naruto quickly attacks Akatsuki head on, forcing the rest of the Konoha 11 to attack. Ino And Choji VS Kakuzu, Hinata VS Konan, Sai VS Deidara, Kiba And Shino VS Pain, Lee And Guy VS Kisame And Itachi, Sakura And Kakashi VS Sasori, And Tenten And Neiji VS Hidan.
The battle continues until is Naruto caught by Kakuzu. Sai frees Naruto by cutting part of Kakuzu's arm off, causing the Akatsuki to retreat.
"Well... That Was Strange..." Naruto Blinks.
Naruto and his friends return to the village, where most of Naruto's peers are congratulated by their families, all of whom promise to write a recommendation letter for the promotion to becoming a Jonin.
"What!? Mom!?"
Although Sakura has a little fight with her family who embarrass her in front of the others.
"I Wish The Two Of You Would Just Butt Out Of My Life! Your Annoying, Not Funny, And Act Like Total Fools!" Sakura Shouts.
"Hey Sakura Wait A Minute Don't Say-" Naruto Tries To Intervene.
"Oh Shut Up And Mind Your Own Business Naruto!" Sakura Snaps As Naruto Backs Up.
"OK... Geez..." Naruto Muttered.
Everyone Leaves As Sakura Grumbled. Naruto Was Conflicted.
As Naruto returns home, he passes many families making him reminisce about his father and mother causing him to feel lonely.
Later while eating at the Ichiraku Ramen, he meets Iruka. He then asks for a letter of recommendation of his own, but Iruka refuses as Naruto is only a Genin and must become a Chunin and rise through the ranks just as Minato and all other jōnin did.
"But Why Iruka-Sensei!?" Naruto Begs. "I Don't Even Understand! I Saved The Village From Pain!"
"Naruto! You Must Follow The Rules! You Can't Do Things On Your Own!" Iruka Scolds. "Your Being Rotten!"
"And This Stupid Menma! I HATE IT!!! Ramen Without Naruto Isn't Ramen!" Naruto Shouts.
"Naruto You-" Teuchi Tries To Remind Him Of The Bill.
Naruto is saddened by his lonely lifestyle and so storms off saying that no one seems to understand him, and also that he doesn't like the extra menma on his ramen.
"Damnit Iruka..." Naruto Muttered.
"I Told You... I'm Not A Little Kid Anymore!" Sakura's Voice Is Heard From Her House.
