8. Detective work

AMANDA'S POV

It's now the next day and my dad was in a detective costume trying to figure out who the new villains aka me and Chapa are. "Dad, if you want I can help." I offered. He turned to me and said. "That would be nice of you Amanda but what could you possibly do?" I looked at him, I stood up and went over to the pinboard. I looked at a paper that listed the crimes that me and Chapa commited. "They robbed a bank so they must have somwhere they can hide the money. That suggesting that they probably have a secret layer." I said pointing to the paper and then a photo of Agrona and Voltine. "Wow, you are smart." My dad said. "I know." I said smiling. Then I heard my phone ping, so I checked and I got a message from Chapa sayin 'Meet at our hideout'. "Anyways, I have to go. See you in a couple hours byeee!" I said leaving my dad dumbfounded.

CHAPA'S POV

I sent her a text and she sent back 'on my way'. She's probably confused why I called her here to be honest I just wanted to see her pretty face, smile, laugh... God she's perfect, I love her so much. But she probably has a crush on Bose like everyone else, wait...

Flashback

"So I guess this means-" Ray said but got cut off by our mom's. "You're out of Danger force!" They said in usion. But this isn't fair. This shouldn't be happening. The cop was laughing untill she said. "Any other secrets?" The cop looked at all of us and then at Amanda. Sye was shaking her head fast knowing she was gonna blurt out another secret. "I'm a lesbian!" She blurted out. "What!" Everyone except me, the cop and our mom's said. Then I realized I too was gonna blurt out my darkest secret, my sexuality. "I'm bisexual!" I said. Everyone turned their heads to me in shock. Me and Amanda locked eyes as I gave her a reassuring smile.

End of flashback

Oh right, I forgot about that. But she probably likes Mika or something, I don't think she'd ever like me. I mean, I'm a mess. But aside of all that, I also have something for her. It's a watch and I have the same one. We can communicate through it, af one of us taps the watch three times the other one gets an alarm saying that the person needs help and pinpoints there location. I know it's weird but I just wanna make sure she's safe. I look at the small box in my hand, it was wrapped terribly. I'm not very good at wrapping thing up. I then look up because I heard a sound and it was Amanda walking in. "Hey, so why'd you wanna meet me here?" She questioned walking towards me. "Oh, I just wanted to give you this." I said holding up the small box for her to take. She then took it out of my hand and started opening it. She opened the box seeing the watch. "Chapa, what is this?" She questioned me. "It's a watch, it's for you and I have one too. Oh, you wanna know the best part." I said, she then nodded so I continued. "Well, we can communicate with each other through the watch and if you tap tje watch three times an alarm will go off on mine and you can use it when you're in danger. And of course it also works the other way around." I said, she then smiled and put the watch on her right wrist. "Why are you smiling." I questioned. "Because, it's cute." She answered. Cute, she said that it's cute. I smiled, I know I"m inlove but I didn't think that it was this bad.

Anyways after hanging out for an hour ir two something happened. Amanda her phone pinged saying she got a notification. She looked at the text and her eyes widend. "What's wrong?" I asked confused of why she was shocked. "My dad just texted me saying he knows who Agrona and Voltine are." She said slowly turning her head to me. "What! Okay, this is bad! This is really bad!" I said as I stood up and sarted walking back and forth. "Text him, ask him who he think that we are!" I said still freaking out. Like if he found out that his literal daughter and a ex member of danger force. "I texted him and he's typing!" She said as she stares at her phone screen. I instantly sat next to her also looking at her phone screen. Then the text appeared and we both sighed in relief. They were just two random names. "Oh thank God!" Amanda said relieved that he didn't think it was us. After a while of us hanging out we both decide that it's time to go home.
