"I was at home with my mom," she answered.

"No i didn't leave at all, i got home from school and stayed there," she said, starting to sweat.

"You don't have to believe me, that's where I was." she responded.

"That can't be right, i didn't leave i swear, you can ask my mom," she said, trying not To look me in the eyes

"No she didn't leave either, we stayed in and watched tv." she said

"Like i said this has to be a mess up, i wasn't at the party so i don't know who told you that but they're lying," she answered.

"What?" she said as her face went white, "what do you mean?"

"W-well she's lying too she was with me," she said.

"My mom has always been jealous of me," she responded.

"There's nothing to be honest about, I am being honest," she yelled back at me.

"Yes," she said.

"I'm not!" she yelled back.

"I don't know what else to say to you," she said, looking at me, "you already decided im guilty,"

"Can i go home now," she said

"I told you i didn't know her so why would i do anything," she responded

"I dont give a shit about what her and James are doing, it's not my business," she said.

"So that's what you think happened, wow you really don't know anything about that night," she responded well raising her eyebrows

"Why would I tell you," she said with a smirk.

"Wait, why should I have to go to jail? I didn't do anything, I swear it wasnt me!" she said, dropping her eyebrows, starting to get worried.

"Ok fine I wasn't at home, I was out with James, but we left before any of that happened," she said looking me in the eyes.

"No, I promise we left... then he turned the car around," she said looking down at the table.

"He said he lost his phone, but I got a bad feeling so I asked him if he could just take me home but he said no," she said, still not looking up at me.

"So we went back," she said, taking a breath before she started again," and he went in and I saw his phone in his pocket."

"He was in there for a while and when he came out something was different, he was angry, and there was blood on his shirt," she said finally looking up at me.

"Yes, I did, I asked what was on his shirt but he ummm he hit my head on the dashboard and told me not to ask so I shut up," she told me, starting to cry.

"Nothing, he took me home,I showered,went to bed," she said wiping her face " and when I woke up I saw that her body was found," she said.

"I don't know what happened in that house," she answered my question.

" I think he killed her, but I didn't want to say anything because I didn't want it to be real," she said.

"Am I going to jail," she said, holding back tears.
