Worry

Henry POV

Once Rosie is done in the bath I help her to my bed and get her set up with everything she needs. I elevate her leg and place some more ice over her knee, it looks a little swollen to me but she tells me it will be fine with some ice on it.
"How are you feeling?" I ask her as I settle down next to her.
"I'm okay. Tired but okay"
"And your leg?"
"The pain isn't so much anymore. The ice helps"
I nod "Rosie....."
"I know okay, I know I'm over doing it and I know your worried. This is such a huge opportunity for me and Kevin, we've never had our own tour before and I want to show everyone that we are worthy of this. That we are good enough"

"You are good enough Rosie but you don't have to injure yourself to prove it"
"I'm not trying to hurt myself I just want.......I don't know. I feel like I need this....I need someone to tell me I did the right thing......I chose the right path"
"Do you doubt that you did?"
"Sometimes I guess. I love dancing, strictly is my home but I want more. I want to be back out there just like when I was younger. But since my injury I just felt a little.....deflated and I've been questioning it I guess"
"You and Kevin were given this opportunity because you earned it, you two dance amazingly together and you should be proud of the partnership you have"

"He is my bestfriend"
"When did you meet him?"
"We were 7 or 8 I think, our mums knew each other and me and Kevin just hit it off. We started messing around with dancing in his back garden and then we realised we were actually good. His parents supported us and took us to our first ever competition. We won first place and it just continued from there. My mother thought I was wasting my time but she didn't really care anyway"
I cup her cheeks and kiss her softly "I believe in you, you have many people who believe in you. So we are going to spend the next two days resting. Relaxing and spending some time together okay?"

"Okay. I'll give in. Just this once but only if we can spend it cuddle up and watching movies"
I smile "couldn't think of anything better. I am going to order us some food okay"
"Okay"
"What do you want?"
"Surprise me?"
"You got it"
I walk off and order a bit of everything, not really sure what I'm in the mood for either. When I head back to the room, I see Rosie curled up watching TV and she looks so perfect in my bed. This woman is truly everything and more. I feel like the luckiest man on earth.
"Food should be here in 15 minutes"
"Okidokie"
I sit down on the edge of the bed and just watch her.
"Staring is creepy you know"
I laugh "can't help it. I have a beautiful woman in my bed"
"You cheese ball" she giggles.
