Chapter 1: The Party

After months of the castle being gone, it had finally been rebuilt on the Showgrounds. Despite everything, SMG4 had managed to rebuild it. And now, the party could begin!

Oh wait, did I forget to mention? There was a party going on to celebrate the castle being rebuilt. It was a really nice one too with balloons, snacks (Including spaghetti, a request from Maryo), music, etc.! Everyone was really happy! Well, everybody but two.

One of these two people was SMG3. The reason he couldn't be happy had to do with something he wanted to do for this party, but couldn't.

Believe it or not, he was gonna ask out 4 to the party. Yes, you fucking heard me right. 3 was going to ask him out, and yes, in a romantic way. He was really determined too. Only problem? 4 was spending the entire day planning the party. He almost got to though...

~Earlier that day~

"Thanks for the request Maryo! I'll keep the spaghetti in mind!" SMG4 said in response to Maryo's request for Spaghetti as a snack at the party

"YIPPIE :DDDDD" Said Maryo in excitement.

"Any other requests?"

"I'd actually like to ask something..." SMG3 said, knowing he could take this moment to his advantage.

"What is it, 3?"

"Well... umm... I was just wondering if y–"

"AAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHH THE CHOCOLATE FOUNTAIN BROKE AND I THINK IT'S GONNA EXPLODEEEEEE AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH" Screamed Tari from the distance.

"AH! Sorry, 3, but I need to take care of this." 4 had said. "I'll get to your question later!"

He didn't get to his question later.

3 understood that 4 just had a lot on his plate and probably had no time for people asking him out. His real problem with the situation was that he knew the party was happening the day before, and he could've asked 4 out then. That way, he could've been going out on a DATE with 4, the person he had been having a secret crush on for the past 2 years, at that very moment. But of course he only decided to ask him out that very day.

But what about the other person who wasn't happy at the party? Who was it? Why? These are questions you were probably thinking about while I was rambling on about 3's issues. Well to answer your question, It was 4. He was feeling a little stressed. This was because he couldn't help but think about how it was basically his fault that they needed a new castle.

You see, he sank the other one a few months back because he was trying to make the "perfect video". Yeah, that went a little too far as you can probably guess.

3 then looked over at 4, who was right next to him, thinking of his mistakes, but then he saw 4 having a sad look on his face.

"Woah, dude, are you ok?" 3 asked. 4 was startled.

"HUH? Wha... Um... never better!" 4 said with an obviously fake smile. 3 wasn't dumb, and was a worried (future boy)friend, so he could easily see what was wrong.

"It has something to do with the whole perfect video incident, doesn't it?"

4 paused for a moment.

"Maybe..." He responded. "It's just- I can't stop thinking about how the only reason we need a new castle is because of my stupid mistakes..." 3 knew 4 had been worrying about that for the past few months ever since the whole thing happened.

"And I'm still worried everyone's still mad at me, and I left peach down in the castle, SUNK, AND...AND...AND–"

"4, don't worry. You didn't know any better!" 3 paused, then continued. "Sorry, I really don't have the energy to give you an entire speech again right now, heh."

This made 4 crack up a bit, but he quickly returned to sadness when he remembered the reason he had been sad before.

"Thanks, 3, I really appreciate it, but this is still all my fault...and there's no changing that." 3 wondered what else he could do, when he suddenly got an idea.

"Hey, 4, how about we leave the party?" 3 suggested.

"Wait, what?" 4 said in shock.

"Yeah! It's clearly making you think too hard about the whole situation, so how about we leave?"

"But I can't just LEAVE! I'M HOSTING THE PARTY!!!"

"But You haven't really done anything throughout the entire party, plus you've basically already got the party set up, so nobody will even notice! Come on!"

3 held out his hand to 4. 4 thought about it for a moment. I mean, 3 was right, he really HADN'T done anything! Plus, for the record, if anyone needed anything, everyone at the party had his number, so they could just text him or call him.

So, he grabbed onto 3's hand, and 3 took him out of the castle and into the forest near the Showgrounds.
