The Meet
I got bored and tired of un-packing so I grabbed my phone and said “Mom I’m going to go out and explore”
My mom, “Okay but don’t be out to late and make sure you answer your phone when I call.”
Me, “Okay mom’
I walked outside and got into the car. I sat there for a minute and thought to myself “hmm, it’s Saturday and its only 3:30pm where should I go??” I figured if I was back home with my friends we would probably be at the mall. I drove there not knowing where I was or how to get to there. About thirty minutes later I found the mall. There was a lot more people there than there usually was on a Saturday in Wichita KS. I figured I would get some new shoes so I found a Foot Locker. I was in there for about thirty minutes when I seen the most amazing thing. I never thought I would see this, it was Cody Simpson sitting on the next bench. Surprisingly there were no girls around him but then I spoke to soon in a split second thousands of girls surrounded him.
After about thirty-forty minutes all the girls left and it was just me and him in the store. I seen the shoes that he had been trying on. I had thought they were really cool so I said “Hey Cody, I really like your shoes there awesome!’
Cody “Well thanks” and he looks up. Stares for a minute and says “Oh well hey what’s up?”
Me “Nothing same as you just getting some shoes.”
Cody “Nice I like your shoes to they look really cute on you” and he smiles an amazing half smile.
Me blushing “thanks, well I got to go bye.” I left before he could say anything. I sat in the car for a minute shocked by who I just met. When I got home my mom was hanging pictures up of my brothers and me. I went to my room and got on twitter and seen that Cody had tweeted something.
Cody’s Tweet “I went to Foot Locker and had some amazing fans come up to me and when they left I saw this really beautiful girl. She was really pretty hope I can see her some other time!”
When I seen this I couldn’t believe it, I grabbed my phone and called my best friend Iliana.
Me “hey Iliana!!”
Iliana “hey Jasmin I miss you already and you have only been gone for one day!”
Me “I know I miss you too Ily I love you but I got some news to tell you!!!”
Ily “what!!???!!”
Me “you will never forget who I ran into today!”
Iliana “who wait hold on I have to call you back!’ she hung up before I could say anything. I heard the door bell ring. I ran downstairs to answer it.
Me “OMG Iliana what are you doing here!!!??”
Ily “What do you not want me here??”
Me “Uhh no Im super glad you are here but how did you get here and know where I lived??”
My Mom “Me I flew her out here I picked her up when you were at the mall I knew you would call her when you got back so she hid in the back on the beach.”
Me “Mom thank you this is the best surprise ever!! Come on Iliana I will show you my room. How long are you here for?”
Iliana “I don’t know for a few weeks.”
Me “Oh really that sucks I wish you could stay longer Ily but you never let me finish on what I was going to tell you on the phone!”
Ily “Oh yeah who did you run into?”
Me “Cody Simpson!!!!”
Ily “Are you serious?? Where???”
Me “Yes and it was at Foot Locker I was getting some new shoes. Oh and he said that they looked really cute on me!”
Iliana “Omg what else?”
Me “Nothing I left after that.”
Ily “Oh.”
Me “yeah well lets go to bed we can talk some more in the morning.”
Iliana “Okay good night Jasmin I love you
Me “ I love you to Ily!”
