"Watch where your fucking going" someone pushes past, knocking me to the side. I didn't even know who it was, it was just some rich asshole who clearly woke up on the wrong side of the bed this morning.
My hand raises sticking the middle finger up as i watch him walk away shaking his head.
"dick" i mutter turning to see Sarah in the distance making her way back home
I knew Sarah since i was a kid although we hadn't spoke much since i got forced to move a few years back. I mean we messaged time to time but it was nothing much.
My parents had separated which was the reason i had to move. My Mum made me leave obx to go stay with her in England but i was allowed to come back for a bit. I'm not sure how long i get to stay so i'm gonna make the most of it while i can.
"y/n?" Sarah calls out stopping to see if it was actually me or just some random person she saw walking down the street
"Oh my god" She adds on quickly running over
I smile as she gets closer bringing me straight into a hug. I missed Sarah a lot. Id always think about the fun we had before i moved, sometimes i'd even cry. I wasn't sure if id even come back to this place.
"I missed you so much" i pull away
"i missed you too y/n oh my god. When did you come back? You should have messaged me"
"I came back a few hours ago, i Wanted to keep it a surprise" i shrug my shoulders as i laugh a little
"You look so different now" she smiles grabbing my arm "come on, we have a LOT to catch up on"
Sarah walks me back to her house taking me to the garden. I forgot how big her house was. It's way bigger than any i'll live in.
We walk over to the chairs outside and sit down.
"Oh god" Sarah rolls her eyes looking behind me
"What?" i turn seeing three kooks walking over to us
"It's my brother and his friends" she sighs
My eyes widened when she told me that was her brother. I hadn't seen him in years. The last time i saw him he was as tall as Sarah. And now, well he looks about 6'2 and he's hot as fuck.
I could feel their eyes on me as they walked up
"Who's your friend?" Rafe smirked sipping out of his can of beer
"Don't get any ideas Rafe, it's y/n." She said watching him choke on his drink
"y/n? The one who left a few years ago?" Rafes eyebrows furrowed turning to look at his friends to see if they was hearing what he was.
"yeah that's me"
"Shit she's hot" Kelce whispers to Topper while laughing through their noses
I shook my head and looked at Sarah
"Are you guys just gonna stand and dribble over her or are you gonna leave?" Sarah laughs looking back to me "looks like you've got fans already"
"I guess i'll see you around y/n" Rafe grins putting his hand to my arm nudging me before he moved.
I gave a small before he walked away.
Shit, he's so hot. And the way his hair is parted, oh my god. He doesn't even look real, how can he be Sarah's brother.
"He's an asshole, you should stay away from him" her eyes roll back
"Soo do you fancy anyone?" i ask
"Actually i have a boyfriend" she looks down trying to stop the huge smile appearing on her face
"What?! Tell me right now" i grin waiting for her answer
"Ok but it might be a shock."
"wait, i do know them right?"
"well i think you'll remember"
"ok ok spill right now."
"It's John b, i'm dating john b" she smiles biting her lip trying to stop it from getting any bigger
"No way. Sarah Cameron dating a pogue." i laugh
"I know even i'm surprised"
"Well There's gonna be a bonfire on the beach tomorrow, come and i'll introduce you to the others"
"is everyone going?"
"Yeah pretty much"
"Alright yeah sounds fun" i nod checking my phone to see the time
"i'm gonna go i need to get back, i'll message you tomorrow" i say standing up
"It's nice to have you back y/n" she hugs me before walking back over to the door.
I step out to walk when i feel a hand grab me by the arm "fuck" i jump seeing Rafe stood in front of me
"leaving already?"
"uhm yeah" i move my hair away from my face
"Do you want something?" i look up confused
"Do you know about the bonfire tomorrow?"
"Yeah Sarah told me" i answer
"So your going?" he scratches his head looking down at me "Yeah why?"
"I thought you'd have no one to go with so i was gonna ask if you'd want go with me" He says fidgeting with his rings
"Like as a date?" my head tilts slightly
"Whatever you want it to be"
"i don't know Rafe, Sarah told me to stay away from you" i shrug my shoulders "apparently your an asshole"
"cmon y/n, It'll be fun i promise"
"fuck, fine." i shake my head "if Sarah hates me on my first day back that's all on you" i say hearing him chuckle
"What's your number?" he pulls out his phone.
I take it and type my number in passing it back.
He nods with a quick smile and slowly starting to back away.
"see you tomorrow y/n" he smirks
"bye" i shake my head laughing
Great what am i meant to tell Sarah. I mean i wasn't
gonna say no, have you seen how fucking hot he is?

It's been a few hours now and i'm laying in bed with my lamp on when i hear my phone ping.
I turn it seeing a notification from a new number

Rafe: shut up i have auto correct on
Anyways i'm picking you up at six and Sarah told me where you live so i'll be there alright?
Y/n: yeah can't wait
Rafe: alright goodnight
Y/n: Night
And yeah i told Sarah i'm going with her brother.
She wasn't mad, i don't think.
The only thing she said was
"at least i warned you"
I thought she'd be annoyed but i guess not.
