(I am the worst person ever for not updating sooner. I am so so so sorry.)

dear diary,

I woke up last night very confused. As soon as I opened my eyes, all I could see was white. I had to blink my eyes a couple of times before I could finally start to understand where I was. I was in the hospital. I quickly pushed the nurse button and waited for the nurse to come in. Once she came, I immediately asked her what happened. She explained that I was in a very bad car accident and have been unconscious for four days but thankfully I only had a few cuts and bruises. Also she said that I fainted because of the shock I was in.
I began to try to comprehend it all when I remembered that Harry was in the car with me. I described to her what Harry looks like and asked her if she knew where he was. I was so not ready for what was about to come out of her mouth. With sad eyes, she slowly told me that Harry got it much worse than me. She said that he has a few broken ribs, a broken leg, and suffered from a mild concussion from hitting the steering wheel too hard. I choked in a breath and thanked her for telling me. It felt as if my whole world came crashing down. My Harry. Hurt because of my stupid decision. If I would have waiting for a better time to tell him that I love him, we wouldn't have been in the situation we were in. Before I knew it, tears began streaming down my face, falling into my lap. I questioned the nurse where he was. As soon as she told me his room number, I quickly sprinted out of the door. I arrived at his door about three minutes later. I grabbed ahold of the handle but didn't open it yet. I wasn't sure that I was ready to see him in this state. Hoping for the best, I turned the handle and walked inside, as quietly as I could. I turned my head to see my Harry, covered in bandages and scraped all over his body and face. His leg was in a huge white cast and he had IVs all in his arms. With tears still staining my face, I gently took his hand in mine and immediately broke down. It was all my fault. Why did I have to say that? Another nurse came into his room and began checking his heart monitor. I asked her when he was going to wake up and she responded telling me that he was in a coma so she couldn't say when or if he ever was. Right then, I broke down again. The nurse left me and Harry alone. I began studying his face. He had a slight black eye and he had stitches right above his eyebrow. Even though he was busted up, he was still the most beautiful person I have ever laid eyes on. I placed my hand on his cold cheek and whispered "I love you Harry. Please come back to me." Once those words slipped out of my mouth, everything began to be in slow motion. Harry's heart monitor going flat, doctors and nurses rushing in, and me being escorted out of the room. This time I was glad that,

I woke up.
