_______________________________________________________________________________________________Vash's pov:
I had been running for several days now. Everyone I've ran into so far knows who I am and is either not willing to help me or is ready to shoot me at the first word I say. I almost feel hopeless standing out in the open vast desert, my bleeding not making the situation any better. I can only hope that whoever I stumble upon next will be more willing to at least let me stay the night then the last.
nobody's pov:
Vash walks the sandy terrain in search of a safe place to stay for the night. Eventually he stumbled upon the city of Cicily. A mostly abandoned city with the few who live there extremely disconnected from the other city's. It was unlikely the city of July police would go looking for Vash here. As he helplessly looked through the mostly empty house's, he finally found one that had signs of human life. Vash stumbled to the door and softly knocked, not knowing if the person on the other side was willing to let him in or not. As Vash's vision started to haze the door opened with a small creek. A women that was a few inches shorter than him with h/c hair and e/c eyes stared at Vash. Her eyes widening with shock at seeing a bleeding person at her door.
Y/n's pov:
I was reading my book in my living room when a soft, almost unheard, knock interrupted the silence. I cautiously go up from the couch, unsure of who would be knocking at my door. As I opened the door my eyes were met with a tall blond man. My eyes widen at seeing the sudden pool of blood that started to form on my door step. I suddenly went to the blonds side without thinking. I knew it was dangerous, this city had people that would do anything to rob anyone. I quickly took the blond inside and placed him on the couch, rushing to the fist aid kit in the bathroom. When I had finally found the first aid and a towel, I rushed to his side. I hesitated before starting to stitch up the wound. When it was all cleaned and bandaged up, I pulled a blanket over the blonds sleeping body.
My thoughts started to ponder on how someone like him ended up here. He didn't look like the kind to rob you. I felt this pull towards him, but it was odd since the feeling was unknown and strange. Brushing of the feeling I decided to head to bed and hope he woke up tomorrow morning .

*The next day*
_______________________________________________________________________________________________Vash's pov:
I woke up to a sweet smell, confused I sat up. A horrible idea since a shooting pain struck my side at the tinniest bit of lifting up my body. I groaned which in return seemed to catch the attention of whoever took me in. A h/c headed, e/c eyed girl ran to the side of the couch I was laying on. Are you okay? She asks in a frantic tone. I try to sit up once more, this time more successful with the help of the girl. I'm fine thank you, I say to the girl as she lets go of my arm. Alright if you say so, btw my name is Y/n. What's your name? She says with a bright smile gracing her dimpled face. A smile forms its way onto mine, Vash I say in almost a whisper.

Thank you guys so much for choosing this book! I've noticed there isn't many Vash books on Wattpad and decided it was probably a good idea to make one. This is my first book on this account and I have quite a busy life so updates might be slow. I'm sorry for any grammar errors, I will have edited the whole story once it is completed.
