There was still a couple of people enjoying their coffee and late afternoon before the concert. The coffee shop is extremely busy on saturdays considering that is when the night club is opened. Its a place where people can come upstairs to chill, party, sing, drink, or do anything really. It's surprisingly quite popular, especially since this is a college town so students like to find any opportunity to distract themselves from schoolwork.
"oi yn, get your ass upstairs and help." levi pops his head from the upstairs ceiling.
You look up at him, "you got it boss!"
After finishing your shift downstairs, you made your way up the stairs to the cozy seating area where the concert would take place. Just as you reached the top, you heard a voice barking orders in a familiar tone. It was Levi... obviously. He had taken charge of organizing and tidying up the café, ensuring everything was in its proper place.
"yn, grab a cloth and wipe down those tables," he commanded, pointing at a cluster of empty seats.
you nodded obediently and joined Sasha and Floch in getting the upstairs ready. As we worked, Levi continued his meticulous inspection, his eagle eyes scanning for any signs of dirt or disorder. His attention to detail was both impressive and slightly scary.
Sasha decided to take a quick break pulling out her phone and sitting down in the sofa where you were wiping down the small table.
"Nicollo is asking what i'm doing today should i invite him???" she asks biting her lip deciding wether she should do it or not.
"duh i need to meet the guy." you said while taking a break by leaning on the couch as you sat on the floor.
"AHH OKAY." Sasha lays down on the sofa happily texting her lover. After she's done she sits up and grins, "Finally, you're going to meet my friends! I can't wait!"
You cover your face with your hands, "i'm so nervous," you gasp, "what if they think i'm awkward and weird."
Sasha stares at you with a deadpanned expression, "You are awkward and weird. So are they, they're a lot weirder than you, you'll fit in trust." she flicks your forehead.
"ouch" you said while pouting and rubbing the place she flicked you on.
Floch, leaning on the broom, rolled his eyes. "Relax, they'll definitely hate you." you squint your eyes and flipped him off.
Levi was cleaning a countertop, his face etched in annoyance as he saw us lazily talking on the sofa. "You brats get back to work!"
We all groaned and continued doing our tasks.
Just as we were putting the finishing touches, a loud voice echoed through the room. Connie stumbled in, covered head to toe in mud and dirt. His eyes lit up as he surveyed the neatness of the coffee shop. "Wow, you guys really did a number on this place! It looks amazing!"
