Prologue

No ones P.O.V

"Attention all passengers, we will be arriving to Jasper,Nevada shortly, please straighten your seat and fasten your seatbelts", thank you for your corporation". Echoed the robotic voice Through out the plane. All the way in the back sitting there is a British girl. As she was tightening her seatbelt, *DING DING* the girl's phone goes off,She looks down at it,{I'll be there waiting for you at the airport! -mom} says the text. She sighs softly, "I miss you". She whispers,As the plan's landing gear shifts into place."well it's now or never i guess". The girl mumbles as gets her things together.and starts walking out to the door.The girl steps down from the plane in search for anyone familiar,When all of a sudden,"Audrey!" Calls the voice. "Mom!" She calls out,as she runs towards the figure. "I've missed you!" She cries. "I know sweetie,Me too. Im sorry you had to wait a week with granny, before coming. It took longer than I thought it would to get everything ready." Mom says. At  that moment Audrey remembered why they moved. Audreys home in England,outside of London was burned to the ground,along with her older sister Kathryn. Kathryn was her best friend. Audrey had tried to make friends with the girls at her old school but they were all snotty and rude to her. But Kathryn was always there for her. She would walk with her to school even when she had work in the morning. And she would always tell her that "I would never leave you. But that all changed when she died.Audrey was at school when it happened. But Kathryn had work off so she was at home,when out of nowhere a missile came out of nowhere and hit the house with Kathryn still inside.  Kathryn was the only friend she ever had, but now she's gone. Tears started forming in her eyes."Audrey are you okay?" Mom asks,as she looks at her with a concerned face. "I was just thinking of Kathryn. I miss her." Audrey replies, as she sniffles make the tears. "Me too honey." Mom says as she gives Audrey a hug. "You feel better?" Mom says. "Yeah I'm okay now." Audrey says with a small smile on her face."good I'm glad." Mom replies with a smile." now lets go see if we can find any of your Luggage, shall we?" Mom says with a chuckle. "Yes we shall!" Audrey replies with a small laugh, as her British accent leaks out. "And afterwards we'll see go to the house okay?" Mom says. "Alright." Audrey replies, while thinking of what their new house will look like.

AUDREYS P.O.V

After we got my  luggage, we started making our way out to the car. "Hey mom, what's our new house look like?" I asked as i opened the passenger door. "I think you'll like it. It's a blueish gray house,with two levels and has an attached garage.but i won't give you all the details, because i want it to be a little surprise." Mom lightly teases, as she drives. Fine! I call out to mom. But seriously mom can you at least tell me what color my room is? I tease back. "Well all I'm going to say is i know you're gonna like it."' Mom  replies with a smile on her face. Aw!  I  Whine to mom. Mom chuckles at my childish behavior. "So are you ready to go to your new school?" Mom says. That was the least thing that i was excited about. So i decided to not tell her honestly. Yeah sure! I tell her.even though i was not looking forward to it. "Well I'm glad. You need to not be so shy around other people. To make friends, you have to be a friend."  Mom says. I know i know mom I'm working on it. I snapped at her. "Audrey." Mom says with a warning voice. Sorry mom.i mumbled but forgot all about that when I saw mom pull into a blueish gray house. Wow. Is all I say when I got out of the car."well don't just stare at it, lets go inside." Mom says with a chuckle as she Carries my luggage inside. As soon as mom said that I rush in to see mom going up the stairs with my bags and I start to look around at my new home. The living room has tan walls with fuzzy maroon carpet. Then theres white couch's and a recliner, with a low table in the middle. Before I could continue on looking around, I remembered my room. So I rushed upstairs to see what my room looks like. I reach the door way to my new room and I loved it right away! The walls are painted a light lavender color and had my pictures on the wall. My desk and shelves were all organized and in place. My bed all ready with my cyan covers, with my bags on the bed. Yep! I think I'm gonna settle in nicely. 

MOM P.O.V

After I watched Audrey run upstairs to her new room, I started to work on dinner. But as I was cooking, my mind kept drifting over to Audrey. I'm worried about her, she's always been the quiet one at school, I just hope she lets her true self show and to make friends. I just hope she doesn't have any trouble on her first day of school tomorrow.

AUDREYS P.O.V

I just finished unpacking my bags, so I decided to do a little research about jasper high, but all I found was the history of which was very fascinating to read since I love to read history. Just not what I was looking for. Maybe I can find something about the kids who go... "AUDREY DINNER!"my mom calls me. It looks like I'm gonna have to wait for tomorrow to find out.

Well this took a lot longer than I thought it would. And sorry for not being very descriptive about what Audrey's new house and room like. (I'm terrible at describing things lol) but hey it's a start!
