Anyone, Except The Alpha

What? Really?

   Sky's P.O.V

    I stood there next to my brother who was obviously too busy having a conversation with a women half his age talking about food that wolf's like to eat the most. It was amazing how he continues to talk so much to them, he wasn't like this with our old pack since he was always shy with all of them to even speak at all.

I want to stay the same, but I was sure it will never be the same, since he came to into my life unexpectedly. But I don't even feel mad about anything, whenever I gaze at him all my head thinks about was how much I wanted to make him happy. How can I just think that, I wish I could just feel how I feel like in my own sense in mind.

I took a look at Kaden, who was now talking to his guy friends instead of staring at me. the guys next to him must be the ones he was with at the training grounds. Since one was small like the one wolf, and the other was tall and blond like the other. If they where here, it must mean Jack came back as well. I was worried about him since he was pushed towards the tree pretty hard and I guess it was my fault as well that he got into this mess in the first place. I should have told him that I found my mate and it was your alpha. I just never thought kaden would randomly come up there and attack.

"Um I got to do something Travis, see you up stairs later!" I bumped his shoulders.

"Don't wait for me if I come up late sis, that be creepy," he smirked.

"..." I didn't want to say anything, It wasn't what I was planning to do that idiot!

The door was 15 inches away from Kaden and I wondered if I could sneak out without him noticing since I didn't want him to get in my way from talking to Jack, I fear he might hurt Jack again and I didn't want that to happen this time.

I waited til he was completely unaware of me and the door, so when he completely looked away to see something flying out of the air I dashed threw the door as quick as possible. I hope no one heard the door opening and closing since there was so much noise I hope others would just ignore it.

I sighed in relief to actually get out of there, I hate crowded spaces! I shook my head while I was trying to locate where Jack was. I opened many doors in the first floor to see if he was in any of them, but still no where to be found. I suddenly thought I should try to contact him through mind link, since I forgot I was now an official pack member. I wonder if he would reply back to me if I try.

'Jack where are you right now?'

A minute has passed and I heard a sudden voice replying back to me,' Um I can't tell you right now.'

I stopped walking and stood at the living room that was completely dark and abandoned looking,' What do you mean you can't tell me?"

'...Alpha's orders, go ask him.'

I growled at a thought of him torturing Jack and not wanting everyone to know,' Is he punishing you Jack? I swear I will do the same to him!"

'No no, it's nothing like that, aha. I wonder how you got that idea from.' Did he just sound like he was amused,' Anyways he's not the type of person to do that sort of thing..'

'Heh, well I just thought,' Well I don't even know anything about him, so what should I think of him. But I definitely know he's a scary and ignorant Alpha, do I even want to know more about him?

'Sky... You should give him a chance and get to know him more. He's really a nice guy."

'Nice? He nearly killed you, just to protect someone he never knew from the beginning, ignoring your presence as his beta aka best friend who know how long you guys knew each other, was that nice of him? Shouldn't you be a bit pissed off as a friend since you didn't know anything from the beginning about me and him being mates?' I nagged.
