"Mr Jake asked me to give this to you. This is your work for the today and tomorrow. He said after you done just put this on his table." that's what Jihoon said while put six files on her table.

And now, Hyejin is pressing the keyboard just like a pro gamer because she needs to finish it today. As usual she will stay for two or three hours at the office after working hours.

It's been two days without Jaeyun and Hyejin got no messages, no calls, nothing from Jaeyun. Only work and burdens.

Hyejin don't know why Jaeyun didn't text her at all. Well, as she remember Jaeyun love teasing and flirting if he got a chance. But, when he suddenly act like this she feels something is wrong.

Everyone in this office always bad talking about Jaeyun. Mr Jake this, Mr Jake that. And Hyejin? She didn't join them because she know Jaeyun better than anyone else here.

30 minutes later, she finally finished her work for today and put it on Jaeyun's table. She check everything again and make sure she already turned off the plug. After done checking she went to the basement.

She got into the car and took her phone. She bite her lips while thinking if she needs to text Jaeyun or not. But her finger quickly swiping on the flat screen searching for his contact.

That childish boy.

What happen to him?

I feel uneasy right now.

Hyejin put down her phone and start her car engine. She decided to stopping by at Jaeyun's house because she knew he still there. She have to meet him today no matter what.

She stopped her car right in front of the gate and then get off from her car. She went to gate and put the password, surprisingly it's still the same password.

As she step inside, she received a notification. From Jaeyun.

Hyejin patiently waiting for Jaeyun to open the front door. He welcomed her into his house once again and Hyejin gladly stepped inside. She look around and still remember everything that happened here.

Including their last talk and the last kiss they shared.

Everything.

"What's bring you here?" he asked maintaining his cold tone meanwhile his gaze fixed on Hyejin who still look around his house.

"I just want to meet you." she turned her body into Jaeyun's direction but she noticed something.

Something is wrong.

Hyejin took a few step closer with her hands tried to hold Jaeyun's face but the male quickly pushed her hands away. The gesture already shows everything, something isn't right.

"Jaeyun what happened?" she tried once again but Jaeyun still pushing her hands away, don't her to look at him at his miserable state.

"Stop it, Hyejin!"

But, Hyejin didn't give up that easy. When Jaeyun finally give up to push her away that moment she got to see his face. A gasp was heard came out from her mouth.

"Who did this to you?" she asked.

"Talk to me! Who did this? Did you got into a fight? Who hit you on your face, Sim Jaeyun?" she asked again meanwhile his index finger softly touch the edge of Jaeyun's left eyes.

"Its hurts!"

He slowly put her hand down and let out a long sigh. He kept his head down, don't want to make any eyes contact with Hyejin. He is at his worst state and Hyejin shouldn't see this side of him.

He looks so much weak now.

He such a pathetic boy who crave an attention.

And Hyejin is right in front of him now, what worst it can be?

"Jaeyun."

"I know you have a lot of questions now but let's not talk here. Let's go somewhere else. Please?"

She look into his watery eyes, those orbs begging for her to follow what he wants

And Hyejin nodded.

"Fine, Jaeyun."
