chapter 11

Macau's pov

I went upstairs while carrying two plates of food in my hand

I put the food down on a table next to the door and unlock the door , it was the room of Vegas's , as I got inside

I saw him struggling to sleep because of his arm , he didn't seemed to notice me , I put the plate down on the table and quickly got out of the room

I took 2 small pillows and got back to the room

I approached him but he suddenly shot up straight , sitting up , he turned his head to me , a look of relief cross his eyes , I knew he was scared of Phi Vegas but not at this point to where he would keep his guard but can I blame him?

Phi was not only scary by looks but he also have an amount of strength thst he can break bones in a body , I approached him but he backed away as he was struggling

"Take the cast off , I got you two pillows so you can rest your arm on it"

I placed the pillow on the bed , I tried to touch him but he backed away

He took the cast off while struggling but I didn't say anything , while I was watching him

His eyes shown me something , they were telling me to get out of the room , he was waiting for me to get out

"I made some food for you , don't know if it tastes good but you might as well try it"

I said as I took the other plate and locked the door , I went to my room , to where Porchay was

"Fuck!"

I heard yelling but I kept my calm , I unlocked the door and saw Porchay near the bed

He was facing the wall , I could smell the blood from here , I narrowed my eyes , controlling myself

"What did you do?"

"Nothing"

"I can smell your blood from here"

I said but he didn't answer me back , I put the tray of food down and went to him

I turned him around and saw that he injured himself on the corner of his head

"Don't touch me"

He pushed me away , I wonder if the healing method works on him?

Going to the door , I yelled

"Phi , come up here!"

After a few minutes , Phi came to my room

"What?"

"Can you use your healing skill? To see if it might work on him?"

I said as I pointed to his head , he looked at me curiously , Phi nodded at me , he made his way to him but Porchay backed away

"Don't come near me"

He hissed , damn sassy

"He's just gonna heal your wound"

I said as I grabbed hss upper arm hard enough so he couldn't make me let go , Phi pointed his palm at the corner of his head , the aura's coming out his hand but his eyes widen , panting , I let go of Porchay

"Phi? Are you alright?"

"Can't use it..I feel tired"

He said in a husky tone , he seems tired

Why isn't the healing skill doesn't have any effect on them? Because they're humans? Impossible , that would've worked

What are they?

They aren't human

"Go take a rest Phi"

He nodded as he left the room , Porchay kept looking at me , curiosity shown in his eyes

I grabbed his upper arm and pulled him as I lick the blood from the forehead , he suddenly shoved me away , I smirked , he stayed silent

His blood tasted sweet , it boosted my energy but I also wanted more of his blood , I restrain myself as I took the tray of food

"I made some food , it's not poisonous"

I said as I put the plate infront of him , he looked at me with weird eyes

He slowly took the spoon and took a bite , he spit it right into my face

"Why the fuck would you do that?"

I said as I wiped the food out of my face , angry

"And you said that's not poisonous? Fuck man , that's too much salt! Are you trying to kill me!?"

He coughed as he sips some water , salt?

"I swear I've read the book correctly.."

"No you didn't , don't ever cook because that shit is so disgusting"

Hm , his reaction doesn't lie , maybe I shouldn't really cook?

"Maybe thats why Phi didn't like it.."

My eyes roamed around his body , spotting his neck , I wanted some blood for some reason , the taste made me want more of his blood

"Well what do you want to eat? I can go and take from the town"

He kept staring at me , is he gonna talk or not?

"Are you gonna talk?"

He didn't answer , it felt awkward , he suddenly spoke

"How's my brother?"

"His arm is in a cast for now , he has some bruises but otherwise he's fine"

I said as I lean my back on the wall , it felt a bit awkward since I didn't know what to talk with him

"Honestly , what did your brother think when fighting my brother?"

Was he a fool though? Knowing that he was a vampire and still fought with him , the real question is how did he get out of his room?

"You know well we're vampires and our strength is different from yours" 

He slowly nodded

"What was he thinking then if he knew ny brother was a vampire?"

"My brother ain't fucking weak , he just wanted to protect me for fuck sake"

He raised his tone a little , I narrowed my eyes

"Protect you from what? My brother won't hurt you because I'm in charge of you , I captured you so he isn't able to put hands on you"

And it was true , that's our rule , if I capture someone , that person is mine , my brother won't touch them

"He came in the room and threaten me , my brother heard him"

He said as he look at me straight in my eyes , it's been a while since someone looked at me straight in the eyes and talk to me

"Threaten you?"

"I kept hurting you , your brother wanted me to stop"

He rolled as his eyes as he talk , I stayed silent

"Kim is fine , he just won't talk"

I said as I left the room

They..aren't human

What are they? Surely not human or vampires..

Just what the hell are they?
